Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh Motivasi, Kompetensi dan Pemberian Insentif terhadap Kinerja Kelompok Kerja Pengadaan Karyawan di Kementerian Keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif melalui kuesioner, dengan jumlah populasi 210 dan sampelnya adalah 131 responden berdasarkan tabel Isaac dan Michael. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier parsial dan berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 20 menunjukkan bahwa: secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, kompetensi, dan insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Kelompok Kerja Pengadaan Kementerian Keuangan. Variabel independen Motivasi, Kompetensi dan Insentif yang diuji secara bersama-sama dengan uji F terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pokja Pengadaan Kementerian Keuangan. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude of the influence of Motivation, Competence and Giving Incentives to the Performance of Procurement Working Group Employees at the Ministry of Finance.The research method used is a quantitative method through questionnaires, with a population of 210 and the sample is 131 respondents, based on the Isaac and Michael tables. Based on the results of research using partial and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 20 shows that: partially shows that motivation, competence, and incentives has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Ministry of Finance Procurement Working Group Employees. The independent variables Motivation, Competence and Incentives were jointly tested by the F test proving to have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Ministry of Finance Procurement Working Group Employees.
