Abstract

Pengelolaan dana masjid ataupun Yayasan adalah suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh suatu organisasi, yang hampir setiap bulan dilakukan, demi memberikan informasi pemasukan maupun pengeluaran dana yang ada dalam Yayasan tersebut. Dengan sudah berkembangnya teknologi pada saat ini, maka organisasi yang ada di Masjid sudah bisa menggunakan sistem yang terkomputerisasi, karena sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi mempunyai banyak dampak positif untuk setiap organisasi. Pengelolaan Dana Masjid pada Yayasan Al-Amin masih menggunakan sistem yang manual, sehingga masih mempunyai banyak kendala dalam prosesnya yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya banyak kesalahan, seperti kesulitan dalam mengetahui penerimaan dan pengeluaran dana, mengelola keuangan yang sulit karena kurangnya pengetahuan orang dalam mengelola keuangan, pembuatan laporan yang kurang efesien, dan lain sebagainya.Oleh karena itu, sistem yang terkomputerisasi sangat dibutukan dalam setiap organisasi untuk mempermudah menghasilkan informasi yang ada dalam Yayasan tersebut, memperkecil kesalahan, serta memberikan infomasi yang akurat dan cepat dalam memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Maka dari itu penulis memilih judul “RANCANGAN BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI PENGELOLAAN DANA MASJID PADA YAYASAN AL-AMIN .” Kata Kunci        :  Pengelolaan Dana Masjid,  Yayasan Al-Amin, administrasi.

Abstract

Technological developments, especially information technology today is needed in decision making to be taken, then in the process of asset rental management work at PT. Schneider Electric Indonesia. Data processing is still manual and often lead to loss of data, as well as data recording errors become untidy. Then for data collection methods using observation methods, interviews, and documentation studies to the agency concerned. In modeling the author using object-oriented design method with the tool is UML (unified Modeling Language). For database design used normalization method, table relation and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). Implementation and design of the program using Visual Studio 2005. With the implementation of computerized systems, the level of accuracy of data can be controlled properly, as in the process of gathering information about the existence of the device can be known effectively and efficiently. The lease limit of each device can be known by making this rental asset management system. The work capture initially experienced by IPO TEs can be minimized, because with this system, there is no need for more effort from TIM IPO to document asset management manually and slow down the process of collecting information on rental assets. The use of asset management information systems can help speed up data processing processes.

Abstract

The development of information technology from various fields is very satisfactory therefore every company trying to make or want to have an information system that can meet the needs of the company. The role of Information Systems is currently in addition to the required company and also produces the information needed as a decision by the leadership of the company. PT. Karya Nusa Mandiri which is a company in the field of event management. for recording sales data and sales quotation quote data, this document is managed by one or more people. The problem that occurs is the distribution of ticket sales quota takes a long time, the sales quota is not sold out because the sales quota division is uneven, Sales Data often come late so that in decision making is also often late, and not appropriate, Search Data transactions are scattered and do not have the same standards cause the search process is often not appropriate, Often wrong in recording sales data so that the data process becomes inaccurate, Promoters difficult to get sales data quickly and precisely. With this system can complete Outlet Quota distribution can be done more efficiently, recorded quickly and appropriately so that no more sales quotas that have not been divided and sales quotas can be sold out, on-line ticket sales can serve customers quickly and avoid going double exchange of tickets, Promoters can access sales data quickly without waiting for settlement from Counter Administration, Search process sales data can be done more quickly and more efficiently

Abstract

In study discussed the relationship between GPA and influence student motivation toward their graduation timeliness in Strata I program a maximum of 8 semesters. The methodology used is based Expert System Modeling Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy. Simulations were performed with MATLAB software Ver.8 produce a model of expert system that is able to predict the exact time graduation rate for students is based on two input parameters, namely GPA (Grade Point Average Index) and Student Motivation Student in following the educational process. The result is that students with GPA above 3.00 and have a high motivation to lecture graduate generally in no more than 8 semesters.Keywords: ANFIS, MATLAB, RMSE, GPA, Motivation, Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy

Abstract

PT Lentice Solutions merupakan usaha bisnis dalam bidang IT berupa pembuatan sistem aplikasi untuk perusahaan, pengadaan pelatihan, pembuatan sistem aplikasi accounting, dan pengembangan aplikasi security. Pada saat pengembangan sistem aplikasi yang ada di customer, sering ditemukan beberapa kesalahan sistem (issue) yang muncul. Hal ini menyebabkan terhambatnya proses bisnis dalam perusahaan. Jika ini terjadi maka customer melaporkan issue yang melalui email kepada support Lentice untuk segera dilakukan eskalasi oleh engineer. Sistem informasi helpdesk di PT Lentice Solutions masih menggunakan email yang dinilai belum efektif dalam penanganan eskalasi tiket, sehingga kinerja engineer tidak optimal. Penanganan tiket tidak optimal karena tidak adanya pengaturan waktu tiket. Update progress tiket dari engineer sering terlambat dikirim. Hal ini menyebabkan customer tidak puas dengan kinerja engineer. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang memadai agar proses eskalasi menjadi lebih cepat dan tepat. Hasil yang dicapai adalah membantu support dan engineer dalam menangani tiket, Customer dapat mengetahui perkembangan eskalasi penanganan tiket melalui notifikasi update yang dikirim otomatis ke email setelah engineer melakukan update eskalasi dan Pimpinan dapat menilai kinerja engineer dengan melihat performa engineer berdasarkan tiket yang dikerjakan serta perusahaan dapat mengetahui seberapa efektif action plan yang digunakan saat eskalasi tiket dilaksanakan maka penanganan tiket menjadi lebih optimal.
