Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang diukur dengan metode BSQ (Bank Service Quality)  (2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang diukur dengan metode BSQ (Bank Service Quality) (3)  Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang diukur dengan metode BSQ (Bank Service Quality) (4)  Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang diukur dengan metode BSQ (Bank Service Quality) pada PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCU Wisma Millenia. Metodologi yang digunakan This study aims to: (1) Know and analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance as measured by the BSQ (Bank Service Quality) method (2) Know and analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance as measured by the BSQ (Bank Service Quality) method (3 ) Knowing and analyzing the effect of training on employee performance measured by the BSQ (Bank Service Quality) method (4) Knowing and analyzing the effect of work motivation on employee performance as measured by the BSQ (Bank Service Quality) method at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCU Wisma Millenia .
