Abstract

The purpose of this study is: 1) To find out If Independence affects the financial performance of the government of Tidore Islands City. 2) To find out If Harmony affects the financial performance of the government of Tidore Islands City. 3). To find out if Efficiency affects the financial performance of the government of Tidore Islands City. 4) To find out If Effectiveness affects the financial performance of the government in Tidore Islands City? with analysis methods using financial ratio analysis tools. The results of this study suggest that: 1) The ratio of regional independence has not been able to optimize pad to finance regional development. Public awareness and participation in the payment of taxes and levies is also one of the things that causes pad produced by the Tidore City Government to be few and unreliable to finance development. In addition, there are also differences in the implementation of government and loans as well as assistance from the center and total revenue in each region and the realization of spending in each region. To overcome this, local governments must be able to optimize revenues from their existing revenue potential, initiatives and willingness to regional government is needed in an effort to improve PAD, such as the service of potential sector BOM. 2) Judging from the results of the analysis of the ratio of effectiveness of good performance in terms of realizing the planned PAD. Investigation in Tidore City, its financial management has also been effective. 3). Judging from the results of the analysis of the Efficiency Ratio that the Financial Performance of the Tidore City Government has not been efficient. 4). The ratio of harmony is the allocation of Operating Expenditures greater than the Capital Expenditure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui partisipasi tingkat masyarakat dalam upaya mendukung pembangunan Desa dan bentuk-bentuk partisipasi masyarakat Desa di Desa Suma, Desa Sangapati, dan Desa Matangtengin Kecamatan Pulau Makian Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Deskriptif Kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bentuk partisipasi vertical mendominasi di lakukan pada di desa Matentengin, Suma dan Sangapati dengan kategori sedang dengan nilai menunjukkan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat terjadi karena anjuran pemerintah dengan mengundang masyarakat sebesar 40 persen. Bentuk partisipasi masyarakat Harizontal yang rendah yaitu tidak pernah ikut dengan persetase masing-masing desa yaitu desa Matentengin 4,4 Persen, Desa Sangapati 4 persen dan desa Suma sebesar 3,25 persen. Sementara factor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesadaran dan kemauan masyarakat dalam partisipasi melalui musrembang karena mengikuti himbawan pemerintah dengan responden yakni sebesar 70 persen. faktor eksternal yang memilih kategori mendapatkan informasi sebesar 46,7 persen. Ini menunjukkan adanya respon masyarakat terhadap perencanaan didesa.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all levels of society, including people in RT 02 RW 07, Kahuripan Village, Tawang Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya City, some people have experienced a decrease in working hours even losing their jobs, whether they work in restaurants, shops or freelance daily workers. The purpose of this service activity is to increase knowledge about increasing income with entrepreneurship training in the New Normal Era so that this activity is useful for providing entrepreneurial knowledge and skills from making products to marketing to consumers in the New Normal Era. The method used in this service activity is training and mentoring with effective methods to increase the knowledge and skills of the people affected by Covid-19 in making products to market them so that they can increase the income of the community in RT 02 RW 07, Kahurpian Village, Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City. The results achieved from this service activity are increasing knowledge about increasing income from the entrepreneurial sector for people affected by Covid-19, starting from the manufacture of products to the marketing process in order to increase income. This will drive the economy in the region and can further alleviate poverty
