Abstract

The KVA (Vitamin A Deficiency) management program that has been implemented is to supplementation of high doses of vitamin A capsules 2 times per year in Toddlers and Mothers of Nifas. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affect the interest of postpartum mothers towards vitamin A consumption in the Helvetia Medan Health Center Region in 2021. The design of this research uses analytical survey design, with a cross sectional approach. The sample in the study used a total population of 52 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and data analysis in the form of univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results of the chi square statistical test study obtained a p-value age of 0.022, knowledge of 0.03, distance to health services p-value 0.023, husband support p-value 0.04 and health worker support 0.002. Based on multivariate results known exp(B)/OR value at the age of 9,078, knowledge 1,181, distance to access to health services 33,229, husband support 7,035 and health worker support 4,353. The study concludes that there is a relationship between the influence of age, knowledge, husband support and health care support.

Abstract

Background: Anemia is a state when hemoglobinlevels, hematocrit and erythrocyte amounts fall below normal values. Anemia generally occurs throughout the world, especially in developing countries and in low-income socio-economic groups. Purpose: The research method used is a quasi experimental experiment with a pre-experimental form, One Group Pre- Test-Post Test. The research population is all pregnant women in the third trimester at The Pratama Hanum Medan clinic as many as 20 people. Sampling technique using purpose sampling as many as 15 people. Result: Showed that the average hemoglobin level of respondents who were anemic before being given date juice was 9.467 gr / dL. The lowest hemoglobin level is 9.0 gr/dL and the highest is 10.0 gr/dL. The average hemoglobin level of respondents who were anemic after being given date juice was 11.333 gr/dL. The lowest hemoglobin level is 11.0 gr/dL and the highest is 11.8 gr/dL. Based on the results of the T-test test obtained p value = 0.000. Conclusion: This study is that there is an effect of giving date juice on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in trimester III who have anemia at The Pratama Hanum Medan Clinic in 2021, where hemoglobin levels with a value of p value = 0.000.

Abstract

Cervical Cancer is ranked second only to breast cancer which occurs a lot in women. In Indonesia, cervical cancer ranked second in 2020 data sources derived from the Global Burden of Cancer Study (Globocan) from the World Health Organization (WHO) noted, the total cancer cases in Indonesia in 2020 reached 396,914 cases and the total deaths were 234,511 cases. Breast cancer has the highest number of new cases in Indonesia at 65,858 cases or 16.6% of the total 396,914 cancer cases. Cervical (cervical) cancer ranks second with 36,633 cases or 9.2% of total cancer cases. This research is analytical using primary data. The design used in this study was a correlation study using 0.05 chi-square data analysis. Data collection through the distribution of questionnaires with a total sample of 30 respondents at the Simarpinggan Health Center, Angkola District, South Tapanuli.

Abstract

Prevalensi keberhasilan pemberian Asi Eksklusif di Indonesia pada tahun 2020 mencapai 89,4% hal tersebut diperoleh berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan Peneliti Health Collaborative Centre (HCC) dengan menunjukkan bahwa ibu bekerja di luar rumah memiliki angka keberhasilan pemberian Asi Eksklusif hanya berkisar 19-47%. Berdasarkan survei awal pada tanggal 04 Januari 2021 yang dilakukan peneliti di klinik RB.Hanum diperoleh data ibu bekerja di luar rumah yang memiliki bayi sebanyak 35 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan ibu bekerja yang memiliki bayi dengan keberhasilan pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Klinik RB Hanum tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desain penelitian survei nalitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu bekerja di luar rumah yang memiliki bayi yang datang di klinik Rb Hanum sebanyak 35 orang. Berdasarkan hasil jumlah sampel total population sebanyak 35 orang. Data penelitian adalah data primer. Pengelola data menggunakan uji statistik chi-square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian dengan uji statistik chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dimana α=0,05 dan keberhasilan ASI Eksklusif sebanyak 34,3% dan yang tidak berhasil sebanyak 65.7% dan nilai p = 0,003 (<0,05). Simpulan dalam penelitian ini ada hubungan antara ibu bekerja di luar rumah yang memiliki bayi dengan keberhasilan pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Klinik Rb Hanum Tahun 2021.Kata Kunci : Asi Eksklusif, Ibu Bekerja di luar rumah
