<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Kebutuhan hidup dasar setiap manusia adalah terpenuhinya sandang, pangan, dan papan. Untuk memenuhi hal tersebut setiap manusia harus bekerja atau memiliki usaha. Pada kegiatan tersebut antara pekerja dan pengusaha terdapatlah perikatan janji yang disebut perjanjian kerja. Perjanjian Kerja antara pihak Pengusaha dan Pekerja memiliki polemik didalamnya, sehingga jalannya hubungan pekerjaan tidak baik. Hal tersebut diakibatkan ketidak paham para pekerja membaca atau mengetahui aturan hukum terkait perjanjian kerja. Hal tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pengusaha agar dapat menguntungkan bagi sisi pengusaha. Untuk itu penulis meneliti hal-hal terkait perjanjian kerja terutama perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu, dimana terjadi kasuskasus perselisihan hukum. Selain itu, saat ini terdapat aturan baru yang mengatur tentang perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu (PKWT). Hal tersebut menjadi menarik untuk diteliti, karena hasil penelitian atau penulisan ini dapat menjadi gambaran dan antisipasi perselisihan hukum terkait penerapan perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu dikemudian hari. To fulfill this, every human being must work or own a business. In these activities, workers and employers have an agreement called a work agreement. This is due to the workers' lack of understanding in reading or knowing the legal rules related to work agreements. This can be used by entrepreneurs in order to be profitable for the entrepreneur side. For this reason, the authors examine matters related to work agreements, especially work agreements for a certain period of time, where cases of legal disputes occur.
