Abstract

The aim innovation of noodle production by maize sprout and seaweed are to decrease utilization of wheat with exploited local commodity. In order to defend elasticity in noodle characteristic, seaweed’s flour as gelling agent can be added. This research consist of some stages i.e flour’s production, formulation, noodle’s production, selection of two formulas by hedonic scale test and observation of phisyco-chemical characteristic as noodle selected by hedonic scale test. The proportion of wheat flour and maize sprout flour was consist of 90% wheat and maize sprout flour. The ratio of wheat and maize sprout flours are 8:1 (P1), 7:2 (P2), 6:3 (P3), 5:4 (P4), 4:5 (P5). Seaweed flour which is  added in dried noodle’s batter is 10% at all treatment. As the control, batter made from 100% wheat flour. Based on hedonic scale test, value of color, taste, elasticity, and overall sensory characteristic are significantly different in all treatment of dried noodle’s formula. Value of aroma are not significantly different (ns) by hedonic scale test. The dried noodles made by formula of 80% wheat, 10% maize sprout, 10% seaweed and formula 70% wheat, 20% maize sprout, 10% seaweed were selected as best treatment by hedonic scale test. The flour’s proportion were significantly influence to content of ash, protein, carbohydrate, water holding capacity, cooking loss, ligthness and antioxidant activity. The difference flour’s proportion was not significantly influence  to the content of moisture and fat. Keywords: Antioxidant activity, cooking loss, dried noodle,  maize sprout, seaweed.

Abstract

Kalipucang Village as one of the tourist village areas has tremendous potential in tourism development. However, the socio-economic conditions of the community tend to be relatively simple, so it is necessary to carry out an in-depth analysis related to the Implementation of Tourism Policy in Kalipucang Village, Tutur District, Pasuruan Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe, analyze, and interpret the form of Tourism Policy Implementation in Kalipucang Village by referring to George and Edward III's implementation process model theory. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, with the Village Government, Pokdarwis and local communities as well as documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the tourism policy in Kalipucang Village had been implemented well. communication made by Policy Actors (Village Government) with the community is quite good with the openness of the problems faced. Natural resources are so abundant that the people of Kalipucang Village are enthusiastic in developing the Tourism Village so that it is more famous and visited by many domestic and foreign tourists. The problem faced by the people of Kalipucang Village is that the performance of each field, especially the tourism sector, is not optimal due to limited capital, inadequate tourism supporting facilities and infrastructure, and tourism destinations that are not well organized. Existing supporting factors include the variety of available tourism potential, support from local community leaders and administrators, collaboration between community members and the attitude of kinship and mutual cooperation which is still very strong. Meanwhile, from the practical implications of implementing tourism policies in Kalipucang Village, it shows positive economic and social changes, both from the aspect of tourism destinations, aspects of local icons, aspects of brotherhood and friendship and aspects of community welfare.

Abstract

Suami istri adalah manusia yang selalu memiliki konflik dan masalah, karena konflik adalah bagian dari kehidupan manusia. Konflik ini dapat berdampak positif bagi keluarga, bila suami istri dapat menanganinya dengan baik dan juga sebaliknya. Dari berbagai permasalahan keluarga ini dibutuhkan kebijaksanaan untuk menanganinya. Lembaga Konsultasi dan Bantuan Hukum Pimpinan Daerah Aisyah Kota Malang adalah Lembaga yang datang dari Organisasi Masyarakat Islam yang besar, dengan pelayanan yang diberikan secara gratis, serta bersaing dengan lembaga hukum lainnya. Penelitian lapangan ini bertujuan mengetahui peran Lembaga konsultasi dan bantuan hukum (LKBH) Pimpinan Daerah Aisyiyah Kota Malang untuk meminimalisir segala permasalahan keluarga yang ada. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara osbservasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data dianalisa secara deskriptip-kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologis hukum.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKBH Aisyiyah merupakan salah satu Lembaga Hukum yang bisa memberikan peran yang baik kepada keluarga di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa LKBH Aisyiyah dapat berperan baik dalam menangani permasalahan keluarga di kota Malang dibuktikan dengan ekstistensi, kerjasama dengan Bantuan Hukum lain, pelayanan yang maksimal, dan penyuluhan hukum secara rutin dan insidentil
