Abstract

The existence of the covid-19 endemic is a lot of consequences experienced by the ruler, especially even small residents. This research intends to make 1) Analyze the endemic consequences of MSME zone actors; 2) Analyze the application of the ruler's wisdom to MSME actors affected by endemics; 3) Analyze the self-adjustment strategies that MSME actors try after endemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative procedures in which researchers want to find information related to research. The results show that MSME actors are very affected by the presence of covid-19 endemics, especially the efforts of the inferior desire zone that face shrinkage in turnover, but in other parts the number of MSMEs increases in the era of covid-19 endemic; not only that, the central Ruler also distributed encouragement in the form of a Productive Banpres of Micro-Efforts (BPUM) to the actors of micro-efforts.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the implementation of marketing communications on the implementation of MSME business strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results obtained from this research show that the strategies that can be applied by MSMEs are to change the form of marketing to online or e-commerce, carry out digital sales and create branding to advertise their products, improve product and service quality for convenience and create bonds with residents. Marketing communications and strategies that can be applied by SMEs are changing the form of marketing from conventional to online or e-commerce, implementing digital sales and creating branding to advertise their products.

Abstract

Restroative justice is in principle limited only to actors who have just committed crimes and are not recidivists, and only to certain types of minor crimes. The purpose of the research in this preparation is to analyze the termination of the prosecution of criminal problems by the prosecutor's office through a restorative justice approach and a form of legal certainty for the termination of criminal problems by the prosecutor's office through the Restorative Justice approach. This research uses a normative juridical approach. The type of legal material used is primary, secondary and tertiary legal material analysis used is using qualitative alalysis. Based on the results of research, it is proven that the prosecution of criminal problems can be tried with a restorative justice approach to criminal acts that are tried only to be threatened with a fine or threatened with imprisonment for no more than 5 years, criminal acts are tried with the value of fact objects or the value of losses caused by criminal acts of not more than IDR 2.5 million. The form of legal certainty with the existence of restroative justice is the involvement of victims and actors directly in solving criminal problems. The restorative justice approach in this regard prioritizes efforts to link the participation of victims and actors to share legal certainty for victims.

Abstract

Communication strategies with the ethnicity approach of the Southeast Sulawesi Governor election are one of the keys to success in collecting votes. This study aims to determine the Political Communication Strategy in the Governorship Election in Southeast Sulawesi province through the Ethnicity Approach and to find out the factors of supporting and inhibiting the Political Communication Strategy in the Governor election through the ethnicity approach. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. Data obtained through literature studies. The results showed that now, over time and the rapid development of communication technology, the issue of ethnicity still continues to be used by candidates to get the most votes. Many uses social media with a pattern of ethnicity approach at the time of the campaign to attract as many masses as possible and to vote. For example, during the Southeast Sulawesi gubernatorial election with a pattern of ethnicity approach, they were able to get the most votes to win the democratic party
