<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Eketivitas Pelaksanaan Undang-Undang No.16 Tahun 2019 Mengenai Batas Usia Kawin Studi Di Kecamatan Tombolo Pao Kabupaten Gowa dan Faktor-Faktor yang mempengaruhi, Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan mengadakan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Undang-Undang no 16 Tahun 2019 mengenai batas usia kawin belum berjalan secara efektif di Kecamatan Tombolo Pao Kabupaten Gowa, dengan bukti kasus pekawinan diusia normal dan usia dini ialah 3:1; (2) Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi efektifitas pelaksanaan Undang-Undang no 16 Tahun 2019 mengenai batas usia kawin di Kecamtan Tombolo Pao Kabupaten Gowa ialah faktor pergaulan, Pendidikan, Ekonomi, Adat, Kehamilan di luar nikah, Kemandirian, Lingkungan, dan Kemajuan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. The research objective to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of Law No. 16 of 2019 regarding the Study Marriage Age Limit in the Kuncio Pao District, Gowa Regency and the influencing factors. This study used primary data by conducting interviews. The results of the study show that: (1) Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning the age limit for marriage has not been implemented effectively in Kuncio Pao District, Gowa Regency, with evidence of cases of marriage at normal and early age being 3:1; (2) Several factors that affect the effectiveness of the implementation of Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning the age limit for marriage in the District of Kuncio Pao, Gowa Regency are social factors, education, economy, customs, pregnancy outside marriage, independence, environment, and advances in information technology and Communication.]]>
