<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out whether the work environment has an impact on employee morale. Therefore, to get this the author conducted research at the Tering District Office of West Kutai Regency. For independent variables, namely the work environment and dependent variables are the morale of employees. The type of research that the author conducts is verificative, which is a study that wants to know and find the relationship between the two variables by analyzing the results of the study. To prove whether there is an impact between the two variables, the author uses the formula Correlation product Moment. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing, it can be known that there is a relationship between the work environment and the morale of employees at the Tering District Office of West Kutai Regency. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja memberikan dampak terhadap semangat kerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu untuk mendapatkan hal ini penulis melakukan penelitian pada Kantor Kecamatan Tering Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Untuk independen variabel yaitu lingkungan kerja dan dependen variabel adalah semangat kerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian yang penulis lakukan bersifat verivikatif, yaitu suatu penelitian yang hendak mengetahui dan mencari hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut dengan menganalisis hasil penelitian. Untuk membuktikan ada tidaknya dampak antara kedua variabel, maka penulis menggunakan rumus Korelasi product Moment. Berdasarkan analisa data dan pengujian hipotesis, maka dapat diketahui bahwa ada hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dengan semangat kerja pegawai Pada Kantor Kecamatan Tering Kabupaten Kutai Barat.]]>
