Abstract

This paper aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of group guidance in motivating RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya employees to read the Al-Qur'an, and exploring the effectiveness of group guidance in motivating employees of RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya to read the Al-Qur’an. This type of research is a pre-experimental study with one group pre-post test design. The instruments used consisted of a motivation questionnaire to read the Qur’an, the implementation of the treatment, observation and interviews. This article shows that: 1) The implementation of group guidance in motivating employees of RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya to read the Al-Qur’an during four meetings, namely the first meeting data collection, the second meeting group guidance services with group discussion techniques, the third meeting of information services with group discussion techniques, four evaluation meetings and follow-up group guidance. Members of 7 employees who are willing to participate in group guidance activities. 2) The effectiveness of group guidance in motivating the employees of RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya to read the Al-Qur'an is seen as effective, seen from the increase in the pre-test average score of 56.86% and the post-test increase of 78.57% with an average score There was a significant increase in results between before and after treatment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the attitude of the correctional advisor towards correctional clients at the Bapas Kelas I in Palangka Raya. For this type of research, the research method used is a qualitative method which seeks to describe the actual situation in the field where the observations were made. Sources of data obtained from interviews and observations of five informants who are correctional advisors with certain age criteria and the work experience of the informants while serving as correctional advisor. From these data sources, it was found that the attitude of the correctional advisor towards the correctional client refers to attitude indicators such as the cognitive aspect, namely the assessment of the correctional advisor to the correctional client is an individual who is lost and is having problems so that in the end they had to deal with the law. In the affective aspect, it is implemented into various emotions such as sad, happy, angry, etc., these emotions arise after the correctional advisor carries out guidance with the correctional client. Then the cognitive aspect is implemented into action resulting in the attitude of the correctional advisor when helping the problem solving process of the correctional client.

Abstract

Different issues facing school-age adolescents at today's age include teenage sexual abuse, sex outside of marriage, deviant sexual behavior, undesirable pregnancies, and early marriage. The guidance of school-age teenagers is one of the government’s efforts to save teenagers from falling down the wrong path. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the guidance of school-age youth with the use of the al-hikmah approach. The research method use is qualitative-descriptive. Data is collected using interviews and documentation, which is subsequently analyzed using an al-hikmah approach based on aspects such as selection of sources, methods of submission of materials, selection of materials, and content of materials. The informants in this study are five people consisting of sources and committees involved in the activities of guidance for school-age adolescents, namely religious teachers, leaders, marriage practitioners, and officials of the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) in Pahandut. The results of this study showed that the implementation of school adolescent wedding guidance in Pahandut district faced several obstacles, namely: time constraints, a lack of certified facilitators who have ever followed technical guidance, and the fact that they could only reach a few schools. In the al-Wismah approach, some aspects have been matched.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of social interaction in the development of students at Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Insan. Healthy social interaction can shape character, enhance cultural diversity understanding, and provide vital adaptability skills in a social environment. However, preliminary studies have shown a lack of adequate group counseling services and insufficient student understanding of the concept of Group Guidance Counseling. The purpose of this research is to identify existing issues and provide constructive solutions to enhance the students' social interaction facilities by developing a Group Guidance Counseling program that involves collaboration with BK (Guidance and Counseling) teachers and students at Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Insan. The research methodology employed is qualitative research with a field study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings reveal that group counseling services have not been given priority in this school. BK teachers have a limited understanding of group counseling concepts, and the existing programs are still general. This situation creates a gap in students' social interaction skills. In conclusion, the role of BK teachers needs to be strengthened, and group counseling services need to be improved as an integral part of students' social interaction development. It is expected that this will contribute positively to improving students' social interactions, helping them overcome difficulties, and building healthier social relationships at Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Insan.
