<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis implementasi kepastian hukum pasca pengukuran ulang sertipikat kluster 4 kegiatan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Tipe penelitian hukum yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian bahwa Implementasi kepastian hukum pasca pengukuran ulang sertipikat kluster 4 pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap (PTSL) di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang kurang terlaksana secara efektif. Hal tersebut dikarenakan terdapat beberapa kendala dalam implementasinya. Salah satu kendala yaitu dari faktor kepastian hukum dari luas dan bentuk bidang tanah sertipikat kluster 4 dimana sebagian besar bidang tanah sertipikat kluster 4 mengalami perbedaan selisih luas yang melebihi batas toleransi pasca pengukuran ulang; Akibat hukum pasca pengukuran ulang sertipikat kluster 4 kegiatan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, yakni tidak memberikan jaminan kepastian hukum secara efektif, serta berdampak ekonomi, dan sosial. The research objective was to analyze the implementation of legal certainty after re-measurement of the cluster certificate 4 activities of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) at the Land Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The type of legal research used in this research is empirical legal research. The results showed that the implementation of legal certainty after the re-measurement of the cluster 4 certificate of complete systematic land registration (PTSL) at the Land Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency was less effective. This is because there are several obstacles in its implementation.
