Abstract

Tujuan penelitan menganalisis implementasi penyelesaian kredit macet yang diikat dengan hak tanggungan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Makassar dan faktor-faktor implementasi penyelesaian kredit macet pada PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian bahwa Implementasi Penyelesaian kredit macet dengan hak tanggungan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional di Makassar, yaitu Melalui rescheduling (penjadwalan kembali), Melalui reconditioning (persyaratan kembali), Melalui restructuring (penataan kembali), Faktor-faktor implementasi penyelesaian kredit yaitu faktor hukum, faktor penegakan hukum, faktor sarana, faktor masyarakat dan faktor kebudayaan. The research objective was to analyze the implementation of the settlement of bad credit which is tied to a mortgage at PT. Makassar National Pensiunan Savings Bank and the implementation factors of bad credit settlement at PT. Makassar National Pension Savings Bank. This research was conducted using an empirical juridical approach. The results showed that the implementation of the settlement of bad credit with mortgage rights at PT. National Pension Savings Bank in Makassar, namely through rescheduling, through reconditioning, through restructuring, credit settlement implementation factors, namely legal factors, law enforcement factors, facility factors, community factors and factors. culture.
