Abstract

Perkembangan zaman yang pesat mendorong kemajuan dalam ilmu dan teknologi,khususnya dalam pelaksanaan berbagai urusan pemerintahan.Dalam banyak hal yang terjadi didalam pemerintahan ataupun hal yang berkaitan dengan dana pemerintah banyak terjadi penyalahgunaan atau penyelewengan dana yang dilakukan oleh oknum pemerintahan maupun pegawai untuk menghindari hal tersebut maka pemerintah Kabupaten Barito Timur Tamiang Layang melakukan penerapan sebuah Aplikasi guna menghindari korupsi penyalahgunaan dana anggaran “Penerapan E-government Dalam Peluncuran Aplikasi Simantra Guna Pencegahan Korupsi” Dengan adanya info ini dapat dipastikan bahwa Kabutapen Barito Timur Tamiang Layang telah melakukan penerapan Egovernmet pada wilayahnya dengan tujuan menghindari segala macam bentuk penyalahgunaan dana anggrana pemerintah sehingga dana tersebut dapat dgunakan semaksimal mungkin oleh daerahnya masing-masing. Walaupun masih dengan keadaan teknologi dan koneksi yang belum maksimal pemerintah Kabupaten Barito Timur terus berusaha agar Aplikasi Simantra dapat berjalan dengan baik mengingat keuntungan yang sangat besar dari adanya aplikasi ini dapat mengontrol berbagai aplikasi yang digunakan oleh setiap Satuan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah(SOPD)Transparansi yang dilakukan oleh aplikasi dalam pengelolaan data dari setiap SOPD kabupaten BARTIM akan lebih mudah terkoneki oleh aplikasi yang terpusat dengan Diskominfo.

Abstract

Indonesia pada terkena dampak wabah baru yakni virus covid-19. Covid-19 telah menjadi pandemi dikarenakan jumlah kasus di Indonesia yang terkonfirmasi terus meningkat. Di Jurnal ini menggunakan metode Intelligent K-Means untuk clustering data covid-19 yang ada diindonesia. Setelah mendapatkan hasil kluster dari metode Intelligent K-Means hasil ini akan dibandingkan dengan hasil clustering yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Hasil evaluasi di jurnal ini menggunakan metode Silhouette yang di mana hasil ini evaluasi silhouette ini akan dibandingkan dengan metode K-Means.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to what extent the application of the Selective method can improve the skills of underhand passing in volleyball games for fifth grade students at SDN 06 Tanjung Gunung. To improve lower passing skills in volleyball games, a design was carried out using the Classroom Action Research Method (CAR), with four stages consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting which are carried out systematically. With the research subject of class V students at SDN 06 Tanjung Gunung totaling 38 students. The data collection tool uses observation sheets and passing tests under volleyball games. From the results obtained after completing cycle I and cycle II, the learning of underhand passing skills in volleyball games through the Detective method showed quite satisfactory results. This can be seen from the average Pre-Implementation score of 23.4 to 28.2 in cycle I, or an increase of 20.5%. But in this first cycle, the percentage of students who got grades ≥ B was only 42%. Whereas in cycle II the average value of students rose to 33.9 or an increase of 44.8%. In cycle II, the percentage of students who scored ≥B reached 73.6%, this result has reached the target of 70% of the total number of students. It can be concluded that the systematic method provides an increase in lower passing skills in volleyball games at SDN 06 Tanjung Gunung.
