<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis evektivitas penyidikan tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh anak di Polres Gowa dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Tipe penelitian adalah tipe penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1). Penyidikan tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh anak di Polres Gowa kurang efektif, meskipun telah berupaya dilaksanakan sesuai dengan mekanisme dan pedoman-pedoman dalam Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP), Undang-undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 Tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak (UU SPPA) dan Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perlindungan Anak. Adanya subsistem yang tidak terpenuhi pada tahap penyidikan seperti Fasilitas, sarana prasarana, hingga keterbatasan penyidik khusus anak menjadi penyebab kurang efektifnya penyidikan tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh anak yang ditangani di Polres Gowa. Dan (2). Faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penyidikan tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh anak di Kabupaten Gowa adalah Substansi hukum, Sarana dan Prasarana, Sumber Daya Manusia (Penyidik anak), serta Kesadaran Hukum Masyarak. The research objective to analyze the effectiveness of the investigation into the crime of theft with violence perpetrated by children at the Gowa Police Station and the factors that influence it. The type of research is the type of empirical legal research. The results of this study indicate that (1).
