<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis eksistensi prinsip restorative justice dalam pelaksanaan proses penyelesaian tindak pidana di Kepolisian Resort Kota Besar Makassar dan faktor yang mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Efektivitas penerapan restorative justice dalam pelaksanaan proses penyelesaian tindak pidana di Kepolisian Resort Kota Besar Makassar berdasarkan Surat Edaran Kapolri Nomor: SE/8/VII/2018 tentang Penerapan Keadilan Restoratif (Restorative Justice) dalam Penyelesaian Perkara Pidana masih kurang efektif dikarenakan jumlah presentase kasus pidana umum yang terselesaikan melalui restorative justice dari tahun 2019-2021 terus menurun setiap tahunnya. Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Penerapan Prinsip Restorative justice Dalam Proses Penyelesaian Tindak Pidana di Kepolisian Resort Kota Besar Makassar antara lain faktor substansi hukum, faktor struktur hukum, faktor sarana dan prasarana, faktor lingkungan masyarakat dan faktor budaya hukum. This study uses primary data obtained from field research.
