Abstract

The purpose of this study was to uncover and identify the psychological accumulation of the sea alms ceremony at Pedalen Beach. This is based on the religious style and cultural behavior of the Javanese people who tend to cultivate between Javanese culture and religion represented in the ceremony of sea alms tradition. The subject of this study was the caretaker of the Alms Pedalen Sea shore, while the object of the research was the psychological acculturation of the community (fishermen) as individuals and groups. The results of this study indicate that, first, the acculturation process tends to occur acceptance between the two parties, secondly, the form or form of acculturation is assimilative, namely accepting the almsgiving belief system as an expression of gratitude, third, the sea alms ceremony is also perceived and believed by the community (fishermen) Pedalen Beach to strengthen his faith in the Unseen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap dan mengidentifikasi akulutrasi psikologis upacara sedekah laut di Pantai Pedalen. Hal ini didasari oleh corak keagamaan dan perilaku budaya masyarakat Jawa yang cenderung mengakulturasikan antara budaya Jawa dan agama yang terrepresentasikan dalam upacara tradisi sedekah laut. Subjek penelitian ini adalah juru kunci sedekah laut Pantai Pedalen, sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah akulturasi psikologis masyarakat (nelayan) sebagai individu maupun kelompok. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa,pertama, proses akulturasi cenderung terjadi penerimaan antara kedua belah pihak, kedua, wujud atau bentuk akulturasinya adalah asimilatif, yakni menerima sistem keyakinan sedekah laut sebagai ungkapan syukur, ketiga, upacara sedekah laut juga dipersepsi dan diyakini oleh masyarakat (nelayan) Pantai Pedalen untuk meneguhkan keimanannya kepada Yang Gaib.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research aimed to know the steps undertaken in quality culture at SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Ajibarang District Banyumas Regency. The data in this study were collected by interview, observation, and documentation technique and then analyzed using data analysis technique in Miles and Huberman model field. The results showed that the steps taken by the principal in the culture of quality education include: (1) Building commitment of teachers and employees in improving the quality of education. (2) Communicate quality messages to teachers and employees. (3) Provide assurance that customer's voice, complaints or constructive criticism of the customer are heard and acted upon. (4) Do not blame teachers and employees in the event of errors or failures in the application of SOP and IK. (5) Directing innovations from teachers and employees to improve the quality of education. (6) Conduct assessment with appropriate mechanisms to determine achievement of quality objectives. (7) Embedding and embodying sincere value in working in the teachers and employees.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to find literature that the concept of teaching and learning according to QS. An-Nahl: 78 that can be applied by teachers in order to address the morality of decadence learners in Indonesia. Data collection techniques used in the research literature is documentation techniques. The instruments used in this documentation technique check-list is used to record a variety of data that have been obtained related to the concept of teaching and learning according to QS. An-Nahl: 78. Sentences used in the form of a check-list-free sentences. Once the data is collected, then analyzed the data using inductive data analysis techniques through four stages. First, reading the transcript (in the form of text or scientific work) to find the categories then conceptualized into themes and sub-themes. Second, develop the themes that emerged to reread the various transcripts. Third, do the coding process to systematize the themes that have been developed. Fourth, bring out common themes and sub-theme based on the results of coding and analyzing these themes. Based on the results of research conducted by the authors have obtained fifteen findings. There were seven findings regarding the concept of learning by QS. An Nahl: 78 and eight findings about the concept of learning by QS. An-Nahl: 78. Keywords : Learn, Learning, QS. Abstract : leadership that emphasizes human relations is the leadership that was initiated by Ki Hajar Dewantara, namely Ing Ngarsa Sung Tulada means when in front place, the leader should be a role model, Ing Madyo Mangun Karsa meanswhen in the middle (among) of society, a leader must be able to generate a willingness to work, and Tut Wuri Handayani means when in the back place, the leader must be able to be a supporter. Implementing the concept of Ki Hajar Dewantara’s leadership thoroughly is very important, especially in education. The three characters are the character of a true leader. Leaders who attendedas an example, inspiration, and supporter for group members is to improve organizational performance.
