Abstract

Friend at school ideally have role as a partner, to motivate other student to do learning activity. Meanwhile, teacher role is as mentor, facilitator, supervisor, and role model for student. However, fact shows that bullying and violence case at school reaching frightened level. Bullying is a serious problem that can cause traumatic effect to the victim. Several factors causing bullying are family background, individual character, and school environment. Bullying can take a form like averse nickname, alienating, wrong issue, expelling, physical violence and aggression (pushing, beating, kicking), intimidation, theft, and with religion, ethnic, or gender based. Several strategies to stop bullying are adequate monitoring to student, and giving effective and distinct punishment to performer. Better communication between parent and teacher also important to resolute this problem. Theater have to give positive role model and give reinforcement,  and school must proactive to formulate social skill learning program, problem solving, conflict management, and character education.

Abstract

Until now, there is a dilemma about woman leadership in Islam. In one side, there is a belief that the best woman activity isbeing home, take care her husband and children, cooking, cleaning up, and other activity that have domestic character. At the other side,today’s woman demanded to play active role outside home. Patriarchal understanding and culture that dominant at that era still affectposition about woman leadership in Islamic thought discourse, not surprising if their thought’s product inclined to man interest. However,today’s woman have broad opportunity to have role on every domain, include became a leader. This is perfectly appropriate with Islamicteaching because al-Qur’an did not differentiate human except his/her deed

Abstract

Todays, violence and subordination experienced by women in the domestic sphere into the events that are familiar ineveryday life. The Government has been providing products Law Number 23 Year 2004 on the Elimination of Violence in Household.However, this law has not effectively curb the violence that occurs in women. This social reality portrayed by Putu Wijaya in a short story toopen the eyes of the community that the events portrayed in the short story "Laila" is a reflection of the circumstances that exist in thecommunity. Husband-wife relationship is structured, imposition of the will, the absence of living, economic extortion, physical violence andmental, are the kinds of unfair treatment that often befall women.

Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini menguraikan tentang fenomena perilaku homoseksual yang saat ini semakin marak dalam masyarakat. Untuk memahami homoseksual maka dipaparkan pengertian tentang homoseksual, teori-teori dari para ahli dan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan munculnya homoseksual. Secara garis besar terdapat dua teori yaitu homoseksual diturunkan secara genetika dan teori bahwa homoseksual terbentuk melalui lingkungan. Ajaran agama manapun melarang perilaku homoseksual, dan menempatkan pelaku-pelakunya sebagai orang-orang pendosa. Dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat mereka disisihkan dan dikucilkan. Akibatnya mereka membentuk komunitas sendiri dan tidak membaur dalam masyarakat. Islam tidak melarang seksualitas, bahkan menempatkan seksualitas sebagai sesuatu yang sakral dan terhormat. Oleh karena itu Islam mengatur seksualitas secara detail, karena seksualitas merupakan gerbang kesinambungan generasi manusia. Seksualitas yang sah yaitu yang dilakukan oleh laki-laki dan perempuan di dalam perkawinan. Islam melarang praktek homoseksual.yang melakukan hubungan seksual sejenis. Dalam konsep Islam, keadaan setiap manusia merupakan ujian dan cobaan, termasuk kondisi seorang homoseks. Dalam keadaan terkena cobaan maka seharusnya orang-orang di sekitarnya membantu untuk bisa keluar dari persoalan yang menimpanya. Untuk itu peran seorang ulama/agamawan diperlukan untuk mendampingi seorang pelaku homoseks, sehingga mereka tidak semakin jauh melakukan perbuatannya. Abstract: This article describes the phenomenon of homosexual behavior that is now increasing in the community. To understand the homosexual,it will be presented the notion of homosexuality, the theories of experts and the factors that led to the emergence of homosexuals. Broadly speaking there are two theories that homosexual genetically inherited and the theory that homosexuals is formed through the environment. All religious teachings forbid homosexual behavior, and put the perpetrators as those sinners. In the communitysocial life, they are ostracized aside. As a result, they form their own community and separate from society. Islam does not prohibit sexuality, even places sexuality as sacred and honorable thing. Therefore, Islam set sexuality in detail, because sexuality is a sustainability gateway of human generations. Legal sexuality is one that performed by men and women in marriage. Islam forbids homosexual practices that do sexual intercourse with the same sex. In the Islamic concept, the state of each human being is a test and trials, including a homosexual condition. In these circumstances, the people around him/hershould help to get out of the problems that happen to such people. Therefore, the role of a scholar / religionist is required to accompany a homosexual offenders, so that they are not getting much do actions. Kata Kunci: Seksualitas, Homoseksual, dan Islam.
