Abstract

Abstract: Students are customers in higher education institutions. It is said as customer because they pay for education services to get study. This must be accompanied by desirable expectations in the educational process. Such as service, facilities, lecturer quality, and leadership. Research on student satisfaction is expected to be a reference to conduct evaluation and improvement at the level of institutions and study programs. This research is a survey research with quantitative descriptive. The population in this research is all students of Islamic Communication Studies and Broadcasting Program of IAIN Purwokerto. Of this population, then taken a representative sample of 15%. The sample in this study amounted to 40 respondents. Aspects of physical evidence services or elements of tangibles in the form of educational facilities - lecture tools, instructional media, educational infrastructure and departmental activities that support student learning given by the Faculty of Dakwah quite satisfactory. On the aspect of Reliability or reliability of lecturers and Academic staff, it is quite satisfactory with the reliability of lecturers and academic staff. Aspects of responsiveness (Attitude responsiveness) that Attitude is given by the faculty of Da'wah considered quite satisfaction. Aspects of Assurance (treatment on students) shows that the responsiveness or Aspects of Responsiveness provided by the faculty of Dakwah quite satisfaction. Abstract

Cyst disease does not only affect patients physically, but also triggers psychological and spiritual problems such as anxiety, fear of medical procedures, emotional stress, and a crisis of life meaning during treatment. This condition indicates that cyst management should not focus solely on medical aspects, but also requires comprehensive support that addresses patients inner well-being. This study aims to analyze the role of holistic counseling as spiritual support for cyst patients at RSUD Banyumas, including its implementation and its impact on patients inner peace and spiritual resilience. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method using a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and a review of relevant literature related to holistic counseling services and spiritual support in hospital settings. The findings show that holistic counseling provides positive effects on patients, particularly in helping them achieve emotional calmness, reduce anxiety, increase acceptance of illness, and strengthen hope and motivation to undergo treatment. Holistic counseling also supports patients in finding meaning in their suffering, which contributes to improved psychological and spiritual quality of life. However, the implementation of holistic counseling still faces several challenges, including limited time of health workers, suboptimal integration of spiritual services within the hospital system, and unequal competency among staff in providing spiritual-based counseling.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is a chronic illness that affects not only patients' physical conditions but also their psychological and spiritual well-being. The diagnosis, prolonged treatment, and bodily changes often trigger anxiety, despair, and decreased self-confidence. This condition indicates that cervical cancer management requires more than medical treatment alone; it also needs spiritual support that addresses patients' inner strength. This study aims to analyze the role of spiritual counselors in strengthening self-empowerment among cervical cancer patients at RSUD Banyumas. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach involving a patient identified in the RSUD Banyumas. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and direct spiritual guidance activities. The findings reveal that spiritual guidance plays a significant role in fostering inner peace, enhancing self-acceptance, and strengthening patients' hope and motivation throughout the treatment process. Spiritual reinforcement provided through prayer, encouragement, and emotional support helps patients face their illness with greater patience and optimism.
