Abstract

Latar Belakang: Angka kematian ibu di Kabupaten Kebumen tahun 2014 adalah 12 yang sebagian besar disebabkan oleh perdarahan pascasalin dan preeklampsia berat (PEB). Dalam program EMAS salah satu kegiatan adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan untuk penatalaksanaan perdarahan pascasalin dan preeklampsia berat (PEB).Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan paparan program EMAS dalam hal pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku bidan saat mengelola kasus kegawatdaruratan obstetrik pra rujukan.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional, dilaksanakan terhadap bidan yang merujuk kasus perdarahan postpartum dan pre eklampsia berat di IGD RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong dari tahun 2014-2015. Kuesioner yang digunakan dinilai dengan skala Likert, menilai pengetahuan dengan kuesioner benar salah, sedangkan ketrampilan dengan daftar tilik keterampilan nilai dari 10 sampai 100 kalau menjalankan prosedur sesuai harapan.Hasil dan Pembahasan: Sebanyak 104 responden (bidan), yang terdiri dari 52 bidan yang terpapar program EKSPANDING MATERNAl AND NEONATAL SURVIVAL (EMAS) dan 52 lainnya adalah responden tang tidak terkena program EMAS (kontrol). Mereka sebanding dalam usia, tahun pelayanan (pengalaman kerja), dan nilai pelatihan PPGDON. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa paparan program EMAS berhubungan secara signifikan dengan peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku bidan di bidang kegawatdaruratan kebidanan. Hasil analisis regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa program EMAS berhubungan dengan hasil peningkatan pengetahuan managemen aktif kala III (OR: 6,41; 95% CI 2,32-17,72); pengetahuan PEB (OR: 11,72; 95% CI 4,19-32,78); sikap managemen aktif kala III (OR: 2,97; 95%CI 1,11-7,91); sikap PEB (OR 25,87; 95% CI 8,17-81,90). Hubungan dengan keterampilan managemen aktif kala III (OR: 7,37; 95% CI 2,10-25,85) dan keterampilan PEB (OR: 26,64; 95% CI 7,98-88,96).Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara Program Expanding Maternal and Neonatal Survival dengan peningkatan kemampuan, sikap dan perilaku bidan di bidang pengelolaan prarujukan kasus kegawatdaruratan obstetrik.Kata kunci: Expanding Maternal and Neonatal Survival (EMAS); pengetahunan; sikap; perilaku; penanganan prarujukan kegawatdaruratan obstetrik;

Abstract

Lodoyo dam has the potential to development of energy resources especially hydro energy power plant (HEPP), where the excess outflow discharge through spillway still have potential for capacity improvement.With the availability of outflow discharge through spillway data, the additional potential energy can be calculated, by analyze of head effective and energy. Also can performed in economic feasibility with parameter B/C Ratio, IRR, and NPV where benefit value calculated from the selling price of electric generated. The optimum improvement based on four alternative discharge outflow design with two alternative alignment. From 1st alternative analysis where located on the left river, the largest value of B/C Ratio at 1.037 (at the rate 12%) on discharge outflow at 34.05 m3/sec (Q75%) with an installed capacity 3.20 MW, and an annual energy at 25.58 GWh. For 2nd alternative where located on the right side of river has largest B/C Ratio values at 1.076 on the same discharge outflow with an annual energy of 25,65 GWh so this alternative has the most optimal of potential energy.Key words: discharge, head, energy, economic feasibility.

Abstract

Supplier selection is very important in an industry. Choosing a supplier based on the lowest price offer is no longer efficient. The mistake of choosing a supplier will be detrimental to the company because it is related to the supplier's role as a provider of raw materials and supporting materials used in the production process. The automotive manufacturing industry requires various types of materials that are directly or indirectly involved in the production process. Therefore, the support and availability of materials from suppliers is very important. The supplier selection process is a strategic step for the company to achieve optimal production performance so that it is able to compete with other companies. PT XYZ is one of the automotive manufacturing companies in Indonesia that must meet various customer requirements, including material fulfillment through an effective supplier selection process. This study uses the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, which is a decision-making method that is able to accommodate many interdependent criteria. The problem of supplier selection is modeled in a system that takes into account the relationship of dependency and feedback. The relationship includes comparisons between elements in one group (node comparison) and comparisons between groups of elements (cluster comparison). The ANP method generates a priority weight value for each element in the decision-making structure. The results of the observation stated that the criteria used by the company are related to each other, so the right method to use is ANP (Analytic Network Process).
