Abstract

This study examined the factor analysis Empowerment of Human Resources and Organizational Values ​​influence on a company. The object of this study is the Company XYT as research objects. Model theory of empowerment (Empowerment) involves several factors: Desire, Trust, Confident, Credibility, Accountability and Communication which is then managed by three perspectives, namely: the perspective of performance management, training and development perspective (training and development). Empowerment is right will contribute to the optimization of the performance of organizations and companies. The approach used in this study is kuatintatif approach using regression methods. Data collection techniques used in this study using the Library Research yaitudengan way of studying books, reference, and journals relevant to the problems studied and Field Research using questionnaires and direct interviews with respondents. Results of the study revealed that the empowerment model have positive relationships and influences that factor is a factor confindent Human Resources Empowerment most dominant organizational values ​​while Credibility factor is the factor of Human Resource Empowerment less dominant on the value of the organization.

Abstract

The floating docks are starting to need for the people who live in coastal areas. Factors of the tides is very difficult when they want to go to sea. The floating dock manufacturers PT.Wiltar Usaha Grup is providing a floating dock, but PT. Wiltar Usaha Grup is not the only manufacturer of a floating dock in Indonesia, this company should have competition between other companies. To achieve competitive advantage needed the right business strategy. Based on analisis SWOT at PT. Wiltar Usaha Grup. Finding result finds market penetration strategies as the best alternative business strategy. This strategy is derived from the analysis of internal and external factors using SWOT matrix analysis, analysis of internal-external matrix, grand strategy matrix analysis and SPACE matrix analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Pulo Gadung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Kecamatan Pulo Gadung sebanyak 90 orang. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan program SPSS 21.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.
