Abstract

Petugas parkir cenderung berisiko mengalami bahaya kesehatan ergonomis dan psikososial. Apabila bahaya kerja atau hazard tidak diidentifikasi dan dikendalikan dengan baik akan berdampak pada munculnya gangguan musculoskeletal dan stres akibat kerja. Gangguan tersebut terjadi karena mereka harus mengatur motor dalam jumlah yang banyak setiap harinya dan berlangsung beberapa tahun Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran potensial bahaya kesehatan kerja (health hazard) ergonomis dan psikososial pada petugas parkir, khususnya di Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling dengan responden sebanyak 46 orang. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2020 di Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner The Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ II) versi short dan kuesioner Quick Exposure Check (QEC) . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi bahaya kesehatan psikososial pada petugas parkir UMY yang termasuk dalam kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 18 orang (39%) dan kategori buruk yaitu sebanyak 28 orang (61%). Potensi bahaya kesehatan ergonomis pada petugas parkir UMY yang masuk dalam kategori action level 3 yakni sebanyak 21 orang (45,7%) dan action level 4 sebanyak 25 orang (54,3%). Oleh karenanya,kesehatan psikologis dan Kesehatan ergonomis petugas parkir di UMY perlu lebih diperhatikan supaya mereka dapat bekarja denga aman dan nyaman Parking attendants tend to be at risk for ergonomic and psychosocial health hazards. If the work hazard or hazard is not identified and controlled properly, it will have an impact on the emergence of musculoskeletal disorders and work-related stress. Those health problems emerge because they have to manage a large number of motorbikes every day and last for several years. This study aims to determine the description of the potential ergonomic and psychosocial occupational health hazards in parking attendants at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY). This study employs descriptive quantitative. The technique sampling used total sampling resulted on 46 respondents. The research was conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta with research instruments in the form of a short version of The Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ II) questionnaire and the Quick Exposure Check (QEC) questionnaire. Potential psychosocial health hazards for UMY parking attendants included in the good category were 18 people (39%) and the bad category was 28 people (61%). The potential ergonomic health hazards for UMY parking attendants included in the level 3 action category were 21 people (45.7%) and the action level 4 officers were 25 (54.3%). Therefore, the psychological health and ergonomic health of parking attendants at UMY need to be paid more attention so that they can work safely and comfortably.

Abstract

Background: During the appendectomy procedure the patient will receive anesthesia which has several side effects, one of which is postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV). Nonpharmacological therapy that nurses can do to reduce postoperative nausea and vomiting is with ginger aromatherapy. .Purpose: This case study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving ginger aromatherapy to nausea and vomiting in patients with post-appendectomy. Methods: The method used in writing is a case report with ginger aromatherapy intervention carried out for 3 days. Results: The results of this case study showed that after 3 days of ginger aromatherapy intervention, there was a decrease in the RINVR score from 15 (moderate nausea and vomiting) to 2 (mild nausea and vomiting). Conclusion: Ginger aromatherapy is effective in reducing nausea and vomiting in post-appendectomy patients.
