Abstract

Education can be a benchmark for the progress and quality of life of a nation, so that it can be said that the progress of a nation or country can be achieved, one of which is through improving and structuring good education. realized in the form of the construction of the RTA for the Al-Qur'an Ta'lim House. RTA is an instrument for empowering people who have a very strategic role in improving the quality of spiritual education. Some of the program activities carried out in this service are as follows: a) Organizing learning activities together to read the Koran and holding competitions at RTA Darul Firdaus.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of the methods used in learning to read the Qur'an. There are 3 methods used, namely the Iqro method, private, and classical. The Iqro method is a method of reading the Qur’an which is directly related to reading practice. The Iqro method was compiled by Ustadz As'ad Human who is domiciled in Yogyakarta. Iqro 'book of 6 volumes plus 1 volume which contains prayers. In addition, the classical method is also used in learning the Qur’an here. The results of the Iqro method research can make it easier to learn the Qur’an.
