Abstract

Abstract. The increase in workload, work demands, health and safety risks during the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in physical, mental and emotional exhaustion which caused burnout in nurses. Workplace spirituality is one of the variables that can reduce the effect of burnout. This study aims to determine the effect of workplace spirituality on burnout in nurses handling COVID-19 patients. The method used is causality and data analysis through simple linear regression. Respondents in the study were 100 nurses who handled COVID-19 patients at Syamsudin Hospital, Sukabumi City. The measuring instrument used is the Workplace Spirituality Scale which has been adapted by Dr. Clara Moningka, S.Psi., M.Si in 2018 and Maslach Burnout Inventory – Human Services Survey (MBI – HSS). The results showed that workplace spirituality had an effect on burnout of 53.5%. Abstrak. Adanya peningkatan beban kerja, tuntutan pekerjaan serta risiko kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di masa pandemi covid-19 ini mengakibatkan kelelahan fisik, mental dan emosional yang menyebabkan burnout pada perawat. Workplace spirituality merupakan salah satu variabel yang dapat mengurangi efek dari terjadinya burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh workplace spirituality terhadap burnout pada perawat penanganan pasien covid-19. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kausalitas dan analisis data melalui regresi linier sederhana. Responden dalam penelitian yaitu 100 perawat yang menangani pasien covid-19 di RSUD Syamsudin Kota Sukabumi. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Skala Workplace Spirituality yang telah diadaptasi oleh Dr. Clara Moningka, S.Psi., M.Si tahun 2018 dan Maslach Burnout Inventory – Human Services Survey (MBI – HSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa workplace spirituality memberikan pengaruh terhadap burnout sebesar 53.5%.

Abstract

Abstract. Handling cases of COVID-19 of course need to be accompanied by good handling, in order to recover and suppress the spread of the disease. Currently, nurses are one of the professions that are at the forefront, this makes the nurse's workload increase and it is feared that it will result in physical, mental and emotional fatigue that can cause burnout in the nurse. The purpose of this study was to find out how the dimensions of the workload, as well as burnout of the COVID-19 nurses at RSAU Dr. M. Salamun, and how the influence of workload dimensions on burnout of nurses. The number of samples in this study amounted to 125 people. The measuring instrument used to measure the level of workload is the NASA-Tlx developed by Hart & Staveland (1988), then the measuring instrument used to measure the burnout level of nurses is the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS). Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the workload had a positive and significant effect on nurse burnout with a significant level of 0.000. Workload has an effect on burnout by 59.2% so that 40.8% is caused by other variables and the dimension of frustration has the most effect on burnout. 52.8% of nurses experienced burnout in the high category. Abstrak. Penanganan kasus covid 19 tentu perlu diiringi dengan penanganan yang baik, guna kesembuhan serta menekan penyebaran penyakit tersebut. Saat ini, perawat merupakan salah satu profesi yang berada di garda terdepan, hal tersebut membuat beban kerja perawat meningkat dan dikhawatirkan akan mengakibatkan kelelahan fisik, mental serta emosional yang bisa menyebabkan burnout pada perawat tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran dimensi beban kerja, serta burnout para perawat covid 19 di RSAU Dr. M. Salamun, serta bagaimana pengaruh dimensi beban kerja terhadap burnout para perawat. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 125 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat beban kerja adalah NASA-Tlx yang dikembangkan oleh Hart & Staveland (1988), selanjutnya alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat burnout para perawat yakni Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Didapatkan hasil bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout perawat dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000. Beban kerja memberikan pengaruh terhadap burnout sebesar 59.2% sehingga 40.8% disebabkan oleh variabel lain dan dimensi frustration paling berpengaruh terhadap burnout. 52.8% perawat mengalami burnout dengan kategori tinggi.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence perceived organizational support has on organizational commitment to employees of PT X. The method used in this study is the causality method with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 40 production employees at PT. X. The measuring instrument used in this study is a survey of perceived organizational support adopted by researchers based on the theory of Eisenberger (1986) and the organizational commitment questionnaire from Allen & Meyer (1991) which has been adapted into Indonesian by Wardianto and Hendrati (2014). Data analysis using multiple regression analysis test technique. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant and positive effect of the perceived organizational support variable on affective commitment by 37.1%. This means that the higher the perceived organizational support, the higher the organizational commitment. The results of the partial determination coefficient test, namely the dimension that has the greatest effect on affective commitment is a statement that refers to an evaluative assessment with an effect of 29.1%. While the one that gives the lowest influence is 8.0%, namely the dimension of statements that refer to actions. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT X. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kausalitas dengan pendekatakan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini sebayak 40 orang karyawan produksi di PT. X. alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini survey of perceived organizational support yang diadopsi oleh peneliti berdasarkan teori Eisenberger (1986) dan organizational commitment quesionare dari Allen & Meyer (1991) yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam bahasa indonesia oleh Wardianto dan Hendrati (2014). Analisis data menggunakan teknik uji analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan dan positif variable perceived porganizational support terhadap komitmen afektif sebesar 37,1%. Artinya semakin tinggi perceived organizational support, maka semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi. Hasil dari pengujian koefisien determinasi secara parsial yaitu dimensi yang paling besar berpengaruh terhadap komitmen afetif adalah pernyataan yang mengacu pada penilaian evalutif dengan pengaruh sebesar 29,1%. Sedangkan yang memberikan pengaruh paling rendah sebesar 8,0% yaitu pada dimensi pernyataan yang mengacu pada tindakan-tindakan.
