Abstract

The behavior of investment decisions began to attract the attention of academics internationally. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of behavioral finance by applied variable overconfidence, representativeness, mental accounting, loss aversion and herding on investment decisions. The total sample collected and used in the study amounted to 203 respondents in Batam City and analyze using multiple linear regression method. The result showed that overconfidence, mental accounting, and herding have a significant positive effect on investment decisions, while the representativeness and loss aversion variables doesn’t affect investment decisions.

Abstract

Kaca Prima Perkasa tidak pernah mempromosikan tokonya dengan pemasaran digital. Saat ini, pemasaran dilakukan hanya dengan Word of Mouth Marketing. Padahal di era sekarang ini, digital marketing merupakan salah satu cara promosi yang paling efektif sangat berpengaruh, selain itu penerapan digital marketing dapat mempromosikan sebuah toko dengan biaya yang minim namun sekaligus dapat menjangkau masyarakat yang lebih luas jika dibandingkan untuk pemasaran non-digital. Digital marketing juga bisa mengurangi sampah yang beredar karena tidak membutuhkan kertas atau spanduk fisik, yang dibutuhkan hanya handphone untuk mengakses, e-catalog, dan lain-lain. Tujuan proyek yang akan dilaksanakan adalah untuk dapat memperkenalkan Kaca Prima Perkasa kepada masyarakat luas, serta untuk meningkatkan keuntungan dengan menerapkan sistem pemasaran yang lebih baik dan efisien yaitu dengan menerapkan pemasaran digital pada Kaca Prima Perkasa

Abstract

E-commerce berkembang pesat dan semakin banyak pelaku bisnis yang memanfaatkan peluang ini dalam mengembangkan bisnis mereka secara online. Dengan hadirnya berbagai macam e-commerce di Indonesia, menyebabkan persaingan yang begitu ketat sehingga antar platform berlomba-lomba untuk menjadi unggul dan menarik bagi konsumen. Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai bagaimana pengaruh dari brand ambassador luar negeri terhadap minat beli di e-commerce dan dilengkapi dengan variabel lainnya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner berupa google form yang disebarkan kepada pengguna e-commerce di Indonesia dan terkumpul sebanyak 310 responden. Terdapat 6 hipotesis yang dianalisa dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa price, digital marketing, serta electronic word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Terdapat juga variabel korean wave dan brand ambassador yang berpengaruh tidak signifikan pada purchase intention. Variabel attitude towards ads juga tidak memediasi antara variabel brand ambassador dengan purchase intention karena ditemukan hasil yang tidak signifikan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak Gender Diversity terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam IDX30. Kinerja perusahaan yang diukur dengan variabel TOBINQ yang sebagai variabel dependen, sementara Blau Index, Shannon Index dan Proportion of Women yang digunakan sebagai variabel independen yang didukung dengan Firm Size dan Firm Age yang sebagai variabel kontrol. Penelitian ini lebih mengutamakan pengujian teori daripada praktek seperti wawancara atau survei. Penelitian ini juga termasuk dalam penelitian kausal komparatif yang menghubungkan variabel dependen dengan variabel independen serta didukung oleh variabel kontrol. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proportion of Women, Shannon Index, Firm Size dan Firm Age tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, namun Blau Index memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan sebesar 91%, namun masih masih ada variabel diluar penelitian ini yang tidak dicantumkan penulis kedalam ini. Oleh karena itu, penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengungkap variabel tambahan yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study aims to study the investors intention to invest on socially responsible investment (SRI) using a theory called the planned behavior theory, the main research for this study consist of attitude, environmental attitude, social self-efficacy, and subjective norm moderate by religion. In this study, cross sectional data collected using a self-managed questionnaire by looking at several references from previous studies which then been made via Google form and distributed randomly to investors in Batam for 5 months. The sample uses "snowball sampling" with a bare minimum number of respondents is 384 respondents. 384 respondents were collected as a sample, and the results showed that attitude, environmental attitude, self-efficacy, and subjective norm had a strong relationship with the intention to invest in socially responsible investments, while religion did not have a significant moderating effect, and was found to have no significant relationship between variables. This research contributes to both academic research and practical applications in promoting socially responsible investing in Batam while considering the influence of religious beliefs.

Abstract

CV Citra Selaras menghentikan penyusunan laporan keuangan formal sejak 2020 akibat krisis kepercayaan internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kondisi pencatatan keuangan saat ini dan merumuskan langkah strategis untuk membangun kembali sistem pelaporan yang akuntabel. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen mulai menyadari pentingnya laporan keuangan serta menunjukkan minat untuk mengintegrasikan sistem digital yang ada dengan pelaporan berbasis SAK-ETAP. CV Citra Selaras dinilai memiliki potensi untuk menerapkan kembali pelaporan keuangan secara sistematis dengan dukungan peningkatan literasi akuntansi dan struktur organisasi yang memadai.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between firm risk-taking and financial performance, with a particular focus on the moderating role of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. Using panel data from 86 firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over the 2018–2023 period, Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression with year fixed effects was employed. The results show that risk-taking has a positive and significant effect on firm performance, supporting the risk–return trade-off perspective. However, the interaction term reveals a negative moderation, meaning that ESG weakens the relationship between risk-taking and firm performance. This suggests that firms with stronger ESG commitments adopt more cautious strategies, which may reduce short-term financial gains but reinforce long-term stability and stakeholder trust. The findings contribute to the literature by clarifying the dual role of ESG as both a performance enhancer and a risk-control mechanism in emerging markets. Managers should integrate ESG principles into their strategic risk management frameworks to ensure that risk-taking decisions are aligned with sustainability objectives. Future studies should adopt broader risk-taking measures (R&D investment or leverage), extend the scope to cross-country settings, and integrate qualitative approaches for deeper insights.

Abstract

E&E Seafood is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) which operates in the sale of food and drinks, especially food with nuances of Chinese and Indonesian cuisine, located in Batam City. This MSME, which has been around for 3 years, has moved 3 times, so many customers have lost contact, and this has caused a decrease in turnover due to a decrease in food orders. The aim of this activity is to apply digital marketing using social media to E&E Seafood MSMEs to introduce them further to the public and increase sales turnover. The method used to overcome the problems that occur in E&E Seafood MSMEs is by carrying out digital marketing which carries out promotions related to food sold using the social media applications Instagram and Facebook. After carrying out this community service activity for 3 months, it can be concluded that the activities carried out smoothly are in accordance with the objectives of this activity. Where the author has carried out digital marketing promotions using Instagram and Facebook applications and producing a module to continue promotional activities for E&E Seafood MSMEs.
