Abstract

This dedication is motivated by the creativity and scientific literacy abilities of students at SDN 2 Sukamaju, since the distance learning system has created new problems, especially in the world of education. The quality of school resources, parental resources, online media, and internet access do not support the learning process, causing children here to find it difficult to understand school subject matter. The problem of the ability of creativity and scientific literacy should not be left without efforts to deal with the problem because the nation's children are the hope and successor in a prosperous future of Indonesia. In dealing with this, the Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Makarim, provided opportunities for students in the Campus Teaching Program Batch 2 to assist in school administration, technology adaptation, and improving literacy and numeracy in schools. The object of this service activity is the fourth grade students of SDN 2 Sukamaju which is located in Pugeran Village, Sukamaju Village, Bantarkalong District, Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java Province which involves 21 students. This service aims to help solve problems, upgrade, and provide understanding to students regarding the ability of creativity and scientific literacy. The method of this activity is by observing, socializing, delivering material and direct practice to students. The results of this service activity are the fourth grade students of SDN 2 Sukamaju, the ability of creativity and scientific literacy, especially in the Animal Life Cycle and Cycle material, there is an increase. Abstract

This study aims to see the contribution of entrepreneurial characteristics or entrepreneurial characteristics and Muslim entrepreneurial characteristics in determining the success of MSMEs in West Java. The research population is spread across West Java, but specifically in Bekasi and Bandung and Cimahi. The results showed that Muslim entrepreneurial characteristics and entrepreneurial characteristics were able to explain the dependent variable, namely business success at 85.5%, while the remaining 14.5% were explained or influenced by other variables. The result of Goodness of Fit (GoF) is 0.806 which is greater than 0.38, meaning that the model built has a good Goodness of Fit. Thus doing the analysis stage of testing R-Square, Q-Square and Goodness of Fit, it can be said that the model formed is robust. The influence of the Muslim Entrepreneur Characteristics variable on the Business Success variable has a medium level of influence because it exceeds the value of 0.35, which is 2,675. Likewise, the entrepreneurial characteristic variable has a weak level of influence on the business success variable with a value of 0.012 because it is less than a value of 0.2. Thus, it means that ideally they believe that these two characteristics should be possessed by entrepreneurs, but in their perception and implementation they have not implemented them properly. Abstract

This study discusses how brand image and brand trust affect brand loyalty PISY cosmetics through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of brand image & brand trust with the role of customersatisfaction as a mediation influencing brand loyalty at PIXY cosmetics in Jakarta.The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method, totaling 150 respondents were people in Jakarta. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed via google form. The analytical test tool used is SmartPLS 3.0.The results show that brand image has a positive and significant effecton customer satisfaction as evidenced by the t-statistic value (7,657>1,96), brand trust has a positive and significant effect on customersatisfaction seen from the value t-statistic (3,216>1,96), brand image does note have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty as evidenced by the statistical value (1,400<1,96), brand trust does not have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty with a statistical value (0,427<1,96), customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty with statistical value (6,314>1,96), there is a direct effect for the brand image variable on brand loyalty through customer satisfaction with a statistical value (5,075>1,96), and variable brand trust on brand loyalty through customer satisfaction acts as a full mediation.
