Abstract

Artikel ini mencoba menyajikan suatu gagasan tafsir dengan pendekatan sosial, oleh karena itu setiap persoalan yang hadir mung- kin bisa memiliki kesamaan esensi, tapi mungkin juga persoalan yang hadir dikemudian merupakan persoalan yang baru yang menuntut untuk segera direspon sesuai pemahaman keagamaan yang bersum- ber dari teks Al-Quran. Hasilnya adalah bahwa perlu bagi seorang mufassir untuk menghadirkan interpretasi teks yang mampu men- jawab problematika sosial yang terjadi saat ini dan saat yang akan datang. Mufassir harus mengetahui berbagai situasi dan kondisi yang mengitari dinamika persoalan sosial yang berkembang, sehingga seo- rang mufassir dapat menghadirkan jawaban yang tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan zaman sebagaimana fungsi Al-Quran yang senantiasa me- miliki kesesuaian dengan waktu dan tempat (salihun likulli zaman wa makan).

Abstract

This article describes the interpretation presented by K.H Ahmad Sanusi of several verses that explain about jihad (verses of war orders) in his commentary work Tamsyiyyah al-Muslimin fi Kalam Robbi al‘Alamin.The results of the study concluded that K.H Ahmad Sanusi interpreted verses about jihad as verses containing physical warfare orders with the aim of reviving or elevating the religion of Allah in a context limited to the time of war. K.H. Ahmad Sanusi lived during the two colonial periods, namely the Netherlands and Japan, which made his interpretation of jihad mean war against the Dutch and Japanese, because indeed at that time Indonesia was not yet independent and under Dutch occupation, which was continued with Japanese occupation. Although the interpretation of the verses of jihad does not include all verses in the Qur’an because of K.H. Ahmad Sanusi has not had time to finish his 30 Juz’ interpretation work, but his interpretation is still interesting as a study object, because the value of its locality that influences and contextualizes the time he lived. This is where, among others, differences in young interpretations with other masters.

Abstract

This article discusses the study of Human Rights discourse on all kinds of physical and psychological violence resulting from gender bias practices towards the role and position of women in a family that is legally not allowed based on the international declaration on Human Rights, because the violation ignores the basic rights of individuals. Domestic violence, as one of the examples of gender bias, is legally banned due to subordination, marginalization and stereotype against men or women in the context of domestic (household) contexts. Therefore, the division of gender roles refers to the rights and obligations of husbands under the normative religious doctrine and intolerant socio-cultural understanding can be categorized as violating human rights law. In the Islamic sense of Human Rights it is actually whether new or foreign, because the discourse about human rights in Islamic advancement is earlier compared to other concepts or teachings, thus Islam comes inherently bringing the teaching of human rights. Islamic teachings on human rights can be found in the main sources of Islamic teachings i.e., al-Qur’an and Hadith which are the source of normative teachings, also found in the practice of the life of Muslims.

Abstract

This article tries to present an idea of interpretation with a social approach, therefore every problem present may have the same essence, but it may also be a problem that comes then a new issue that demands for immediate response according to the religious understanding derived from the al text -Qur'an. The result is that it is necessary for a mufassir to present a text interpretation capable of addressing current and future social problems. Mufassir should know the various situations and conditions surrounding the dynamics of developing social issues, so that a mufasir (interpreter) can bring the right answer according to the needs of the times as the function of the Qur'an always has the conformity with time and place (i.e., the time of eating).

Abstract

This article specifically deals with the polygamy in the view of Ibn Asyūr in his book: ”Nazhariyah al-Maqashid” which affirms male enrollment (husbands) to marry more than one wife with record capable and fair. Ibn Asyūr’s view in the writer’s view is the response of the three major streams of scholars’ opinion of polygamy, that is; 1) allowable flow, 2) flow that tightens the ability condition, and 3) prohibit flow. The authors themselves are more likely to agree with the second flow than others, given the laws governing marriage in Indonesia allowing polygamy with various conditions. If polygamy is done wisely, and meet the existing requirements, it will certainly strengthen the happy family building, mawaddah wa rahmah

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas prinsip etika komunikasi perspektif Al-Quran beserta dengan teori komunikasinya. Adapun term-term khusus yang diasumsikan Al-Quran sebagai penjelasan dari prinsip-prinsip komunikasi tersebut antara lain; term qaulan balîghan, qaulan maisûran, qaulan karîman, qaulan ma’rûfan, qaulan layyinan, qaulan sadîdan, juga termasukqaul al-zûr, dan lain-lain. Maka gambaran komunikasi yang termaktub dalam Al-Quran dapat dijadikan sebuah landasan untuk mengimplementasikan pola komunikasi yang baik dan santun, dalam aspek sosial kemasyarakatan, politik, dan lain sebagainya. Salah satu bukti bahwa Al-Quran memberikan petunjuk ialah bagaimana cara berperilaku dan berkomunikasi secara baik dan benar kepada kedua orang tua, terutama sekali, disaat keduanya atau salah satunya sudah berusia lanjut. Dalam hal ini, Al-Quran menggunakan term karīm, yang secara kebahasaan berarti mulia. Messagedari perintah berkata dalam Al-Quran dan hadis menjadi sebuah indikasi wajibnya bagi muslim mengaplikasikan sifat kejujuran dan perkataan benar yang dalam konsep Al-Quran dikenal dengan istilah qaulan sadidan.
