Abstract

Abstract The objectives of this study were (1) to determine the stages of developing image-based handout teaching materials. (2) determine the feasibilityof developing image-based handout teaching materials. Researchers use research development or R&D methods. The development model in this study is the ADDIE model. This development consists of Analysis (Analyze), Design (Design), Development (Development), Implementation (Implementation), Evaluation (Evaluation). However, this research was carried out only until the was depelopment stage (Development) the result showed that the image-based handout teaching materials were provent feasible to be applied in high school with the average data validation test from materials experts of 3,43 and 3.40. Based on the results of the validation test, it can be concluded that the image-based handout teaching materials is suitable for use in history learning. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui tahapan pengembangan bahan ajar handout berbasis gambar. (2) mengetahui kalayakan dari pengembangan bahan ajar handout berbasis gambar. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan atau R&D. Model pengembangan dalam penelitian ini adalah model ADDIE. Pengembangan ini terdiri dari Analisis (Analyze), Desain (Design), Pengembangan (Development), Implementasi (Implementation), Evaluasi (Evaluation). Namun penelitian ini dilakukan hanya sampai tahap Pengembangan (Development). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bahan ajar handout berbasis gambar terbukti layak untuk diterapkan di SMA dengan uji validasi data rata-rata dari ahli materi dan ahli bahan ajar sebesar 3,43 dan 3,40. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar handout berbasis gambar layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran sejarah.
