Abstract

Work motivation and employee performance have an important role in the running of the company, in this case, the Cupping Center Clinic and Ruqyah, as well as to meet the service standards that have been determined and to be able to survive in the competition amid the rampant business of similar types lately. In this study, the authors wanted to analyze the work motivation and performance of employees at the Center of Cupping and Ruqyah Pedurenan clinics using qualitative methods by interviewing several employees and heads of clinic branches of the Center for Cupping and Ruqiyah Pedurenan. And with this research, the authors conclude that employees of the Central Cupping Center Clinic and Ruqyah Pedurenan employees are less satisfied with the salary received, and the work motivation and performance of employees decrease, even though employees still have the motivation to survive because of several factors including life necessities, but more It is important to want to create a better work environment because with work motivation and good performance hope to be able to improve work careers and also change in income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the marketing strategy, marketing mix includes applied products, prices, promotions, locations, people, processes and physical evidence at the Center of Cupping and Ruqyah clinics can increase customers in the academy period. This research is a qualitative study using the phenomenological method, using interview and observation techniques to collect sample data of employees and clinic customers at the Center of Cupping and Ruqiyah Pedurenan. The results showed that the marketing strategy implemented in the midst of a pandemic at the Center for Cupping and Ruqiyah Pedurenan clinics in the form of a marketing mix that included products, prices, promotions, locations, people, processes, and the physical evidence had an impact on increasing customers during the pandemic. Cupping Center Clinic and Ruqiyah Pedurenan should maintain the best-applied marketing mix. The marketing solutions for the Center of Cupping and Ruqiyah Pedurenan clinics are already good, and it will be even better if the clinic continues to improve its marketing strategy considering that currently there are many similar cupping businesses that provide better service, and this is a spur for clinics to continue to innovate and improve quality. service and marketing.

Abstract

Abstract The Metaverse is a combination of reality and virtual reality, or the World. Through technology, the Metaverse combines augmented reality (AR) or augmented reality, a blend of 2D or 3D virtual objects into the real world in real-time, with virtual reality (VR), which can make simulations similar to the real world. Muslims should consider the impact and advantages of this technology because they already wear it daily. This paper studies and evaluates the halalness of the sharia commercial contract law in the Metaverse. This paper's qualitative analysis of sharia contracts uses the comparative descriptive method. Muslims should consider the impact and advantages of this technology because they already wear it daily. This paper studies and evaluates the halalness of the sharia commercial contract law in the Metaverse. This paper's qualitative analysis of sharia contracts uses the comparative descriptive method. Muslims should consider this technology's impact and benefits because they wear in real life. This study examines and analyzes sharia economic contract law in the Metaverse, looking at its halalness. These writings describe the fiqh, Koran, Hadith, and the opinions of scholars about the sharia contract in the Metaverse. The data used for comparison is found in the Metaverse. According to metaverse analysis, the perspective of the ijarah contract is the same as that of the metaverse transaction. In terms of losses, the payment of Crypto and NFTs in the Metaverse can be very dangerous for society, as their value is uncertain. Such transactions include gharar, which must be abandoned because they are doubtful and do not bring benefits, which is the purpose of Islamic law. Keywords: Islamic Law, Metaverse, Sharia Contracts.

Abstract

Islam is a complete and integrated system and way of life. He provides guidance on all aspects of life, including the commerce or sales sector. The purpose of this study is to find out how the understanding of Islamic business ethics among new market traders in Bekasi and how to apply Islamic business ethics among new market traders in Bekasi. The type of research conducted by the author is field research, namely research that is directly related to the object under study. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The number of samples of traders in the new market in the new market of Bekasi is 20 respondents. The results of this study are based on the facts obtained from new market traders, about 17 people or 85% understand business ethics in trading, 2 people or 10% do not understand it, 1 person or 5% who do not understand Islamic business ethics in trading. Therefore, it can be concluded that a trader must apply the principles of Islamic business ethics in trading as well as position himself as a trader who applies honesty in order to become a businessman who adheres to Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

The linkage between Islamic economics and artificial intelligence (AI) is the basis of research to explore the possibility of integration of these two entities in creating an ethical and innovative economic paradigm. This article explores the potential and challenges of achieving harmonization between Islamic economic principles underlying justice and sustainability with the sophistication of AI technology. The main focus of the research is on how artificial intelligence applications, such as machine learning and big data analysis, can be applied to improve operational efficiency and decision-making in accordance with Islamic values. The article also discusses the ethical implications of the use of artificial intelligence in the context of Islamic economics, highlighting the importance of maintaining a balance between technological innovation and Islamic moral principles. Economic empowerment, equitable distribution of wealth, and prudent risk management are key focuses in evaluating AI's contribution to the Islamic economic ecosystem. In an effort to achieve a harmonious economic paradigm, this article proposes a proactive approach to mitigate risks and ensure that the use of AI technology in the context of Islamic economics is in accordance with the ethical framework and Islamic values. The results of research on the harmonization of Islamic economics with artificial intelligence yield significant insights into the potential and impact of this integration on economic paradigms. One of the key findings is that this harmonization opens the door to innovative solutions to address a range of contemporary economic challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the People's Housing Savings (Tapera) policy from the perspective of Islamic economics, with a focus on social welfare and distribution justice. Islamic economics puts forward the principles of social welfare and distributive justice, which emphasizes the fulfillment of basic needs, spiritual and moral well-being, and the fair and equitable distribution of wealth. In this context, this study evaluates how Tapera's policies can be integrated with Islamic economic principles to achieve these goals. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. The data was collected through literature studies, analysis of policy documents, and in-depth interviews with Islamic economics and housing experts. The analysis was conducted to identify the suitability of Tapera's policies with Islamic economic principles and assess their impact on social welfare and wealth distribution. The results of the study show that Tapera's policies are in line with several Islamic economic principles, such as zakat, alms, and qard al-hasan, which aim to reduce economic disparities and promote social welfare. Tapera has succeeded in providing better access to housing for low- and middle-income people, improving their quality of life. However, the study also found some challenges, including limitations in fair distribution mechanisms and the need for greater transparency and accountability in fund management. Tapera's policy has great potential to support social welfare and distribution justice in accordance with Islamic economic principles. However, further efforts are needed to optimize the implementation of this policy to be more effective and efficient. This research provides practical recommendations for policymakers to strengthen aspects that are in line with Islamic values and overcome existing obstacles, with the ultimate goal of creating a more just and prosperous society
