Abstract

Cash is a financial report that contains information on cash inflows and outflows from an entity during a certain period, to obtain information on receipt of cash disbursements, a cash flow statement is made. Companies must include a cash flow statement in their annual financial statements. Included in the analysis of financial performance using a cash flow statement is an analysis of the cash flow ratio. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the company PT Indofood as measured by using the cash flow ratio in measuring the financial performance of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative by looking at the cash flow statements and financial performance of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The population of financial statements at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, sample financial statements for 2016-2020 with financial ratios, namely cash flow ratios, cash coverage ratios to interest, cash coverage ratios to current liabilities, capital expenditure ratios, total debt ratios and cash adequacy ratios Genre. From the results of the study it was concluded that the performance of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk according to the calculation of the financial cash flow ratio (AKO) with an average value of 0.38 < 1, the ratio of cash flow coverage to current liabilities (CKHL) with an average value of 0.57 < 1, Capital expenditure ratio (PM) with an average value of 0.24 < 1, total debt ratio (TH) with an average value of 0.19 < 1, cash flow adequacy ratio (KAK) with an average value of 0.012 < 1 is not good, which means that the performance of the company PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk cannot manage the existing cash flow to be able to generate cash flow properly in order to meet its short-term obligations and current liabilities. The cash to interest coverage ratio (CKB) with an average value of 17,595 > 1 is good, which means very good because the cash can cover the interest costs of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk and can pay it directly without having to sell assets.

Abstract

Grand Swiss-Belhotel Medan is one of the five-star business hotels in the city of Medan, which started operations on September 23, 2008 with 242 rooms under Swiss-Belhotel International management. Grand Swiss-Belhotel Medan in 2009-2010 ranks second from the average five-star hotel market share in the city of Medan at 23.49% of the total market. The first room occupancy rate was 71.25% in 2012. In this situation new competitors will emerge, competition is expected to increase, especially in efforts to maintain, compete and seize the existing market share to become the market leader. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the marketing strategies that have been implemented effectively to increase the market share of Grand Swiss-Belhotel Medan. To achieve these objectives, a case study research approach is supported by a survey of 100 Grand Swiss-Belhotel Medan guests with a simple random sampling method. The research method used is a qualitative method presented descriptively and the analysis tool used consists of, the input stage with the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix and the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix, the matching stage with the SWOT matrix and the decision stage using the Quantitative matrix Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results showed that the promotion factor had a less dominant level of room occupancy at 2.68. Analysis of external and internal factors using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices indicate that external influences are greater than those of internal factors.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan bidang yang masih kurang diminati oleh kalangan remaja. Walaupun upaya yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah dan pihak swasta sudah banyak, namun masih perlu dukungan banyak pihak, Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk menanamkan jiwa kewirausahaan sejakdini pada generasi millenial. Diharapkan pada waktu yang akan datang para generasi millennia menjadi wirausahawan yang handal dan professional. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh team pengabdi masyarakat Himpunan Prodi Manajemen dan Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi yang bekerjasama dengan Desa Hariara Pohan Kec.Harian Kab.Samosir Sumatera Utara, dari tanggal 6 Maret 2022 sampai 7 maret 2022. Jumlah masyarakat yang dibina dalam kegiatan Pelatihan kewirausahaan sebanyak 35 orang, metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan kewirausahaan disertai contoh pengelolaan BUMDes di desa Hariara Pohan. Adapun pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dilakukanterdapat beberapa hasil yang dicapai pada saat pelatihan yaitu para masyarakat terkhusus anak anak muda generasi millennial yang sangat antusias dalam pelatihan ini berhasil dalam penyusun memulai wirausaha di era pandemic dan penyusunan pembukuan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh Pokdarwis dan Pengelola BUMDes di Desa Hariara Pohan Kecamatan Harian Kabupaten Samosir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran relational sebagai sumber daya tidak berwujud dalam memulai usaha pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Simalungun. Konsep CAOS digunakan dengan pendekatan model penelitian secara kualitatif pada pelaku usaha mikro perempuan di Fakultas Ekonomi USI pematangsiantar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa memiliki karakteristik ( C ) yang baik namun untuk Lingkungan (A) tidak terlalu diperhatikan hanya fokus pada lingkungan internal bagaimana membuat produk yang baik, sedangkan kebutuhan pada eksternal seperti pemasok, pelanggan dan industri sejenis belum begitu diperhatikan. Untuk organisasi (O) memiliki tujuan yang berorientasi keuntungan namun dalam hal bagaimana cara (role model) dan bentuk pengukuran kinerja tidak begitu jelas, hanya sebatas menjalankan usaha saja. Poin (S) ide bisnis berasal dari diri sendiri dan teman belum melihat secara detil akan pemenuhan kebutuhan pasar
