Abstract

This article was proposed from research result about “Motivasi Belajar Anak-Anak Nelayan di Madrasah Aliyah” that had been done at MAN Sumpur Tanah Datar regency in 2011. This research was descriptive qualitative research. The researcher did obervation and interview to those students. Then, the researcher also interviewed the teacher in order to find out the students’ learning strategies, their part-time job after school, and time duration for working after school. The researcher also observed their daily activities at the school. From these activities, the researcher found that the students’ motivation in learning was still low because of many reasons: having lack of responsibility, always postponing doing the school works, being easy bored in learning, and having no interest to continue their study to the next level if they conduct their study at the school.Kata kunci: motivasi, energi belajar, anak nelayan

Abstract

A group of the same age was the second environment for specific individu in interacting with others in his/her environment. It became an intercation medium by this group to explore their knowledge. In real life, it usually took much influence on students’ attitude rather than parents’ influence. The group might play an important role on one’s characteristic such as way of thinking, knowledge, understanding, attitude, interest, hobby, wish, performance, and behaviour in daily activities. Therefore, educational value had to be kept and developed in this group was as follows: the value of honest, initiative, responsibility, groupwork, wanting to share, respectfulness,discipline, and so on.Kata kunci: nilai pendidikan, kelompok sebaya

Abstract

Family environment is the first and the main medium for socialization. Maintaining children’s welfare is the basic foundation to achieve daily effective life. Such welfare can be achieved through qualified education where religious educative interaction among the family members. The techniques can be done by means of approaches, such as parents should plan what to say, not in a hurry, be open and be honest to themselves and the children as well. Among the approaches are: 1) open dialog with cildren, 2) critical and creative thinking, and 3) value clarification. Parents, therefore, need to: 1) apply moderate mode of education to their children, 2) create intimate atmosphere among parents and children, 3) familiarizing the children with the feeling of guilty, and 4) provide a wide range of opportunity to interact and socialize with their neighborhood in positive sense.Kata Kunci: pendidikan, lingkungan keluarga, sosialisasi, interaksi edukatif, sosio-edukasi religius
