Abstract

Abstract: Good communication skills will distinguish between the average nursing care with good nursing care. One indicator of the quality of nursing care is whether a given nursing care in patient satisfaction or not. Related to this case, the researches interested to do a study about the correlation therapeutic communication with patient satisfaction level in Tjan Timur Ward Dr. Oen Solo Baru Hospital. The aim of this study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction on therapeutic communication nurse and patient satisfaction with the services of nurses and to investigate the relationship of therapeutic communication nurse with patient satisfaction level in Tjan Timur Ward Dr. Oen Solo Baru Hospital. The research method was correlational method with cross sectional approach techniques. The subjects are patients in Tjan Timur Ward Dr. Oen Solo Baru Hospital a number of 35 respondents. Data collection using the questionnaire. Test value Chi-Square with SPSS and α = 0,05 ( 5%) has p 0,000 means Ha accepted and Ho rejected. In conclusion, there was any correlation betwen therapeutic communication nurse with patient satisfaction level in Tjan Timur Ward Dr. Oen Solo Baru Hospital.Keyword : Therapeutic communication, Patient satisfaction Abstrak: Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik akan membedakan antara asuhan keperawatan rata-rata dengan asuhan keperawatan yang baik. Salah satu indikator dari mutu pelayanan keperawatan adalah apakah pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan memuaskan pasien atau tidak. Terkait dengan hal tersebut maka peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang hubungan antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Bangsal Tjan Timur Rumah Sakit Dr. Oen Solo Baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Bangsal Tjan Timur Rumah Sakit Dr. Oen Solo Baru. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subyek Penelitian adalah pasien di bangsal Tjan Timur yang berjumlah 35 responden. Dari hasil uji Chi- Square dengan program SPSS dengan α = 5% ( 0,05%) diperoleh p sebesar 0,000. Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak sehingga ada hubungan antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Bangsal Tjan Timur Rumah Sakit Dr. Oen Solo Baru.Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Terapeutik, Kepuasan Pasien.

Abstract

AbstractThe role of knowledge in dealing with depression is to help individuals recognize theexistence in this world by expanding self-awareness, find himself again and is responsiblefor the direction of his life. Initial survey results indicate that the 3 (three) respondenexperienced the characteristics of someone who is depressed by the low level ofknowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledgeabout the aging process with a level of depression in elderly Majasto Village, DistrictTawangsari, Sukoharjo.Subject of this study was elderly people in the village Majasto, based on an initial surveyfound as many as 65 elderly. This research method in this study an analytic correlationwith cross sectional approach. Data collection tool used is a questionnaire to measure thelevel of knowledge of the aging process with depression from Majasto village.Results of the study there were respondents with a high level of knowledge nothing isseverely depressed, two respondents had moderate depression and 10 respondents didnot experience depression and 3 respondents with a low level of knowledge into a deepdepression and 2nd respondents had moderate depression. the results of Chi-Square testwith SPSS version 18.0 with α = 5% (0:05) was obtained p <0.001 to p value of <0.05,which means that Ho refused and Ha accepted. Conclusion of this study there is arelationship between the level of knowledge about the aging process with a level ofdepression in residents in the village Majasto Tawangsari Sukoharjo.Keywords: knowledge, depression

Abstract

Background: Factors that can affect smoking habits in teenagers include the need forself-actualization, pressure or ridicule by peers if not smoking. Pressure in the form ofridicule makes an appreciation of a teenager's self decline and this condition is likely toaffect teens to start trying to smoke. When interviewed by several teenagers in the villageMenuran Baki Sukoharjo they smoke because follow-friends smoke and feel moreacceptable in the association when smoking.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of self esteem concept andsmoking habit in teenagers in Menuran Village Baki, Sukoharjo.The subjects The population in this study were male teenagers who smoked in the villageMenuran Baki Sukoharjo, based on preliminary surveyMethods: This research use correlation research design with cross sectional methodapproach. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire to measure the concept of selfesteemand Smoking Behavior by finding the primary data from Menuran village.The results of the study: There were 66.67% of respondents have positive self-esteemconcept and 33.33% of respondents have negative self-concept concept. There are71.43% of respondents have mild smoking habit and 4.76% respondents have smokinghabit in level weight. Result of test with Pearson Chi-Square α = 5% (0.05) got resultthere is relation of self-esteem concept with smoking habit at teenagers in Village ofMenuran District of Baki Sukoharjo with p = 0.001 so that p value <0.05.The conclusion of this study: There is a relationship of self esteem concept with smokinghabit in teenagers of Menuran Village Baki Sukoharjo.Keywords: Self-esteem Concept, Smoking Habit

Abstract

Background: Anxiety is something that is naturally experienced by every human being. Not a few people who experience anxiety when carrying out their work. High workloads, a risky work environment and high professional demands create a lot of pressure faced by individuals while working. Based on the results of interviews with three nurses in the internal medicine room, many expressed their enthusiasm for working to decline. This happens because of concerns about contracting diseases experienced while working and benefits that have not been fulfilled. The purpose: This study was to determine the relationship between anxiety level and work motivation of nurses in the Internal Medicine Room of the RSUD Dr. Soeratno Gemolong. The subjects The population in this study were nurses who served in the internal medicine room of the RSUD dr. Soeratno Gemolong Sragen is in Teratai and Tulip room, which consists of 32 nurses. Methods: This research use correlation research design with a cross sectional method approach. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire to measure the level of anxiety and work motivation of nurses at Dr. Soeratno Gemolong Sragen. The results of the study: there were 26 respondents (81.25%) had mild anxiety levels, 5 respondents (15.62%) had moderate anxiety levels and 1 respondent (3.13%) had severe anxiety levels. Found 18 people (56.25%) had moderate work motivation, 11 people (34.38%) had high work motivation and 3 respondents (9.37%) had low work motivation. The results of the test using Rank Spearman SPSS version 18.0 program with α = 1% (0.01) obtained the number of correlation coefficients (r) = 0.552 which means that the level of correlation is strong between variables of anxiety level with work motivation. The results of the significance values for this study were 0.001 (α <0.05) which can be interpreted as having a significant relationship between the level of anxiety and work motivation. The conclusion of this study: there is a a relationship between the level of anxiety and work motivation in Dr. Soeratno Gemolong Hospital Sragen. Keywords: level of anxiety, work motivation
