Abstract

Abstrak Dalam rangka pemutusan rangkai penyebaran COVID-19 yang saat ini menjadi global pandemic di seluruh dunia, Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan(KEMENDIKBUD) menerbitkan surat edaran nomor 15 tahun 2020 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Belajar dari Rumah dalam masa darurat COVID-19. Dalam surat edaran ini disebutkan bahwa salah satu tujuan dari pelaksanaan Belajar Dari Rumah (BDR) adalah memastikan pemenuhan hak peserta didik untuk mendapatkan layanan pendidikan selama darurat Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media virtual PhET dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh menggunakan webinar zoom terhadap peningkatan High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) siswa Fisika SMA. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pre-eksperimental dengan rancangan One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Grup Diskusi Fisika kelas 11 dengan Teknik pengambilan sample adalah accidental sampling. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan berupa test Essay yang telah di Uji Validitas, Reabilitas, Tingkat Kesukaran dan Daya Pembeda. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji N-Gain memperoleh hasil hitung 0.6 dimana dengan melihat kriteria sesuai dengan interval menyatakan bahwa 0,70 ≥ N-gain ≥ 0,30 berkategori sedang. Kemudian analisis Uji Paired sample T-test mendatkan nilai 0.00 yang mana lebih besar dari 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pemanfaatan media virtual PhET dalam pembelajaran Jarak Jauh menggunakan webinar zoom memberikan peningkatan High Order Thinking Skills siswa Fisika SMA. Abstract In the context of breaking the spread of COVID-19, which is currently a global pandemic worldwide, the Ministry of Education and Culture (KEMENDIKBUD) issued a circular number 15 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Learning from Home in the COVID-19 emergency. In this circular it is explained that one of the objectives of the implementation of Learning From Home is to ensure the fulfillment of the rights of students to obtain educational services during COVID-19 emergencies. This study aims to determine the use of PhET virtual media in distance learning using a webinar zoom to improve High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) for high school physics students. This type of research is a pre-experimental research with a One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population of this study was the 11th grade Physics Discussion Group with the sampling technique being accidental sampling. The research instrument used was an Essay test that had been tested for validity, reliability, difficulty level and distinguishing features. Data were analyzed using the N-Gain Test and the result was 0.6 where by looking at the criteria according to the interval table stated that 0.70 ≥ N-gain ≥ 0.30 was in the medium category. Then the paired sample T-test analysis results in a value of 0.00 which is greater than 0.05 so it can be concluded that the use of PhET virtual media in Distance Learning using webinar zoom provides an increase in High Order Thinking Skills for high school physics students. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan model pembelajaran Self-Organized Learning Environments (SOLE) berbantuan PheT Simulation terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMA. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 76 Jakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Quasi Experimental Design dengan desain Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan dua kelas yaitu kelas XI MIPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan perlakuan model pembelajaran Self-Organized Learning Environments (SOLE) berbantuan PheT Simulation dan kelas XI MIPA 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan perlakuan pembelajaran langsung (Direct Instructions) berbantuan PheT Simulation. Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMA melalui model pembelajaran Self-Organized Learning Environments (SOLE) berbantuan PheT Simulation dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (2,9090 > 1,9944). Kata-kata Kunci: Model Self-Organized Learning Environments, PheT Simulation, Berpikir Kritis. Abstract This study aims to analyze the improvement in the learning model of Self-Organized Learning Environments (SOLE) assisted by PheT Simulation on the critical thinking skills of high school students. This research was conducted at SMAN 76 Jakarta. The type of research used is the Quasi Experimental Design method with the design of the Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. This research used two classes, XI MIPA 3 as an experimental class with the treatment of the Self-Organized Learning Environments (SOLE) learning model assisted by PheT Simulation and XI MIPA 1 as the control class with the direct instructions model treatment assisted by PheT Simulation. The results of data analysis can be concluded that there is a positive influence on the critical thinking skills of high school students through the Self-Organized Learning Environments (SOLE) learning model assisted by PheT Simulation with tcount > ttable (2.9090 > 1.9944).
