<![CDATA[Abstrak -- Sistem pendukung keputusan sebagai suatu sistem interaktif berbasis komputer yang dapat membantu para pengambil keputusan dalam menggunakan data dan model untuk memecahkan persoalan yang bersifat tidak terstruktur. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dari suatu perusahaan sangat mempengaruhi banyak aspek penentu keberhasilan kerja dari perusahaan tersebut. Dari penelitian sebelumnya, sistem pendukung keputusan telah banyak diterapkan di berbagai industri untuk memudahkan manajemen mengambil keputusan. Kendala yg dihadapioleh manajemen sumber daya manusia di suatu industri manufaktur adalah kriteria pengangkatan karyawan yg belum terukur, sehingga keputusan yang diambil masih bersifat subjektif. Penulis menguraikan bagaimana proses menentukan status karyawan kontrak menjadi karyawan tetap dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat memudahkan pengelolaan dan penentuan karyawan kontrak menjadi karyawan tetap berdasarkan perhitungan metode.Abstrac -- Decision support systems as a computer-based interactive system that can help decision makers in using data and models to solve unstructured problems. Management of human resources from a company greatly affects many aspects of determining the success of the company's work. From previous research, decision support systems have been widely applied in various industries to make it easier for management to make decisions. Constraints faced by human resource management in a manufacturing industry are the criteria for appointment of employees who have not been measured, so the decisions taken are still subjective. The author describes how the process of determining contract employee status is a permanent employee using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method.
