Abstract

abstract Curriculum as a design in education has a strategic position, as all educational activities geared to the curriculum. Basically the curriculum is a system consisting of several components. Curriculum components of an educational institution can be identified by reviewing books education curriculum. In the classical view, the curriculum is seen as a lesson plan in a school or lessons and materials that must be taken at school. Meanwhile, according to the modern view, the curriculum as a lesson plan, regarded as something real happening in the education process in schools. Kata kunci : pengertian kurikulum, fungsi dan tujuan kurikulum, pengertian KBK, tujuan, landasan dan ciri-ciri KBK, pengertian KTSP, tujuan, landasan dan ciri-ciri KTSP, perbedaan KBK dan KTSP.

Abstract

One kind of education that has strategic value to empowerment effort is through law education. The method is givingknowledge with information; education; training and motivation. formal law formal education can form and also placing woman on “link andmatch” concept, in the meaning that human resources determine its existence, as embodiment of Section 27 article (2) UUD 1945. Throughthis concept, we hope women can participate as formulator of law rule and development, so we can reform women image that have beenformed by social and cultural structure of society. Therefore, they will obtain fairer portion based on humanity value, as noted on HumanRights Contract

Abstract

The purpose of research is to know influence information accounting system and motivation to individual performance. The sample in this research includes 90 respondences worked at central office PT.DHL Supply Chain Indonesia. The sampling method is probability sampling. The collected of data used primary data and with reading information accounting system books. Test of data quality in this research are validity and reliability. Hypotesis test used multiple linier regression. The result in this research are information accounting system and motivation have significant influance to individual performance.
