Abstract

Solo destination is a public service innovation from the  Surakarta City Communication dan Information Departement in the form of a mobile based application. The application in Solo Destination consists of various features including culinary, hotels, public facilities, shopping centers, cultural events, community services, children?s radio and historic sites. The launching of  Solo Destination application service received the MURI award as the first city in Indonesia to provide technology based tourism services through the application. The purpose of this researh is to explain the innovation of public service in the field tourism through Solo Destination. The method used is desk research that utilizes secondary data as a source of literature. The results of the study show taht the implementation of Solo Destination in the Surakarta City provides positive benefits for all parties including the Surakarta City Goverment to provide public services to the public quickly. For the public and tourists can provide services on the potential of Surakarta City easliy and completely

Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang atribut inovasi program Besuk Kiamat di Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini dilatarbelaking oleh rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat di Kota Surakarta terkait kepemilikan akta kematian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memaparkan tentang atribut inovasi program Besuk Kiamat di Kota Surakarta menggunakan data sekunder dari berbagai literatur. Melalui metode desk research, studi ini memanfaatkan data sekunder sebagai sumber literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya inovasi program Besuk Kiamat mempermudah masyarakat untuk memperoleh akta kematian dan efisien dalam waktu, tenaga serta biaya.

Abstract

Introduction: Indonesia has great potential in developing the halal industry sector such as halal food, fashion, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, tourism, media, financial services which will reach IDR 4,375 trillion so that it can support national economic growth as well as become a role model for the halal industry in Indonesia. But in fact, Indonesia as the largest consumer country of halal food is not the largest producer of halal products. So, that free halal certification is needed so that Indonesia becomes the number 1 exporter of halal products in the world. Research Methods: literature study and then analyzed by analytical descriptive analysis. Results: SEHATI's contribution to UMK in Indonesia, namely 1) accelerating the halal certification procedure, 2) MSEs in managing halal certification are free of charge, 3) the halal certification process can be carried out online using the Sihalal and Pusaka applications to make it easier to take care of halal certification. Conclusion: SEHATI contributed For Medium and Small Enterprises (UMK) in Indonesia, because it could raise the profitability, trust and satisfaction consumers and guaranteed quality of product.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the penta helix collaboration in realizing DAPU (Anti Money Politics Village) in Banyumas district. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by combining various sources of literature, both in the form of primary data and secondary data. The results of the study show that the penta helix collaboration in realizing DAPU (Anti-Money Politics Village) has not run optimally and effectively because there has not been a cooperative relationship in the same forum between the Banyumas Regency Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) and the Banyumas Regency KPU as the election organizers, community as the target of the DAPU (Anti Money Politics Village) program, the village government as a facilitator, academics as conceptors and the media in disseminating information related to DAPU. The penta helix actors only work to make the work programs of each agency a success.

Abstract

Public service is a fundamental responsibility of the government in meeting the needs of society while simultaneously improving the quality of life of its citizens. Public transportation serves as one of the crucial instruments of service delivery as it supports mobility, reduces congestion, and decreases the reliance on private vehicles. Banyumas Regency, as a center of administration, education, and commerce, faces increasingly complex transportation needs along with population growth and urbanization. To address this challenge, the local government in collaboration with the Ministry of Transportation launched the Trans Banyumas Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) service under the Buy The Service (BTS) program in December 2021. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with a library research approach. Data were obtained from academic literature, official documents, and previous studies, and were analyzed to understand the role of Trans Banyumas as an innovation in public service delivery. The findings show that Trans Banyumas operates with 52 buses across three main corridors, with a fare of IDR 3,900 for the general public and IDR 2,000 for students. This service is considered capable of reducing dependence on private vehicles, minimizing pollution, and providing a more efficient mobility alternative. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of 82.31 percent indicates that users are generally satisfied with the service, although challenges remain regarding limited fleet availability, inconsistent scheduling, and insufficient access to bus stops. Beyond supporting daily mobility, Trans Banyumas also contributes to regional tourism and economic development by connecting tourist destinations, terminals, and train stations. Therefore, Trans Banyumas can be regarded as a public service innovation oriented toward sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan cerita sebelum tidur terhadap kemampuan literasi pada anak usia 3 – 5 tahun. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian kegiatan cerita sebelum tidur pada anak usia 3 – 5 tahun di kelompok daycare B TPA Papigo, analisis data penelitian serta pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan hasil dari hasil pretest dan posttest.Hasil dari posttest menunjukkan ada peningkatan kemampuan literasi pada anak usia 3 – 5 tahun di TPA Papigo setelah diberikan pembiasaan kegiatan cerita sebelum tidur, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh dari kegiatan cerita sebelum tidur terhadap kemampuan literasi pada anak usia 3 – 5 tahun di TPA Papigo.

Abstract

The aim of this Community Service is to provide knowledge on how to be a smart and wise voter, the procedures for casting votes in the polling station, and the rights of citizens as regulated in the 1945 Constitution so that the PKK group in Ledug Village has political insights and awareness. The Community Service method is carried out through political socialization to women face-to-face, starting from preparation, briefing, to implementation. This service activity is carried out directly by lecturers and students from UIN Prof.K.H.Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto. The expected end result of this Community Service is to provide significant benefits to the PKK group in Ledug Village, so that they understand how to cast votes in the polling station, do not abstain from voting, and can actively participate in the Village Head Election 2023 and the General Election 2024.

Abstract

APBD has an important role in carrying out local government activities. Regional spending is a crucial part of the APBD structure because it will show the the ability of local governments to manage regional finances, whether they can be effective, efficient and accountable. This study uses the method of literature study with descriptive analysis. Secondary data as the main data source in this study. Secondary data in this research includes journals, national surveys and government agency data publications. The results of the study show that the realization of regional spending in the province of South Sulawesi cannot be categorized as quality regional spending because there has been a decrease in the realization of regional spending from 2.11 trillion in 2022 to 3.10 trillion in 2021.

Abstract

Indonesia menerapkan otonomi daerah sejak tahun 2002. Dengan adanya otonomi daerah maka pemerintahan daerah termasuk pemerintahan desa berhak menyelenggarakan pemilihan kepala desa. Ada dua model pelaksanaan pemilihan kepala desa yaitu serentak dan antar waktu (PAW). Pemilihan kepala desa serentak diselenggarakan jika jabatan kepala desa selesai dan pemilihan kepala desa antar waktu (PAW) dilakukan apabila masih ada sisa jabatan minimal 1 tahun sementara kepala desa meninggal, terlibat kasus hukum pidana atau mengundurkan diri. Salah satu desa yang menyelenggarakan PAW yaitu desa Karangkemojing sebagai desa pertama di kabupaten Banyumas yang melaksanakan pemilihan kepala desa antar waktu tahun 2022. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara mendalam seperti BPD Karangkemojing, Sekretaris Kecamatan Gumelar, Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Banyumas, Dinas Sosial dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Kabupaten Banyumas serta panitia pemilihan kepala desa antar waktu Karangkemojing. Analisis data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pemilihan kepala desa antar waktu berjalan cukup baik akan tetapi terdapat kelebihan jumlah suara ketika penghitungan suara sebanyak satu suara. Padahal total jumlah pemilih pemilihan kepala desa antar waktu di desa Karangkemojing sebanyak 68 orang akan tetapi hasil perhitungan suara sebanyak 69 suara. Rekomendasi yaitu monitoring lebih masif dari Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Banyumas, Dinas Sosial dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Kabupaten Banyumas.
