The subject studied in this thesis is the ISO quality management system, the level of education and training on teacher performance in SMK 5 Padang. This study aims to analyze: First the effect of the implementation of quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 on teacher performance SMK 5 Padang, the influence of education on teacher performance SMK 5 Padang, the third effect of training on teacher performance SMK 5 Padang, fourth Effect of application quality management system ISO 9001: 2008, level of education and training on teacher performance SMK 5 Padang. The research is a descriptive study associative. The population in this study were all civil servants and non-civil servant teachers at SMK Padang 5 as many as 141 people. The samples used were 105 people with a stratified random sampling method. Primary data and secondary data that has been collected is then statistically analyzed with descriptive and inductive analysis through multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0. The results of this study indicate that: First ISO quality management system and a significant positive effect on teacher performance SMK 5 Padang, indicated by the value of the coefficient of 0.171. Value of this coefficient is significant because tcount for 2470> of values to ttable 5% of 1,659 means that if the ISO quality management system implementation increased 1% then the performance of teachers will increase by 0.171 units. Both education level and significant positive effect on teacher performance SMK 5 Padang, indicated by the value of the coefficient of 0.167. Value of this coefficient is significant because tcount for 2404> 5% of the value of 1,659 ttable means if teacher education level increased again 1% then the performance of teachers will increase by 0.167 units. Third training positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 5 Padang, indicated by the value of the coefficient of 0.692. Value of this coefficient is significant because tcount for 9539> of values to ttable 5% of 1,659 means that if 1% of teacher training improved the performance of teachers will be increased by 0,692 units. Fourth ISO quality management system, the level of education and training jointly significant positive effect on teacher performance SMK 5 Padang, indicated by the value of F 39.315> F table 2.30 and significant value 0.000 <α = 0.05. This means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
