<![CDATA[This research intent on analyze: 1) The effect of headmaster leadership toward teacher occupation SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang, 2) The effect of school climate toward teacher occupation SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang, 3) The effect of motivation teacher work toward teacher occupation SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang, 4) The effect of headmaster leadership, school climate and teacher occupation motivation teacher work as together toward teacher occupation SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang. The time of this research are all of the teacher SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang that amount of 36 peoples. The technique of taken sample with analysis that is used is descriptive analysis and inductive by helped of SPSS program 16.0 version. The result of the research show that: First the leadership of headmaster positive and significant effect toward teacher occupation SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang, that show by the coefficient value as big as 0,264. This coefficient value is significant because the value thitung as big as 5,140 > ttabel as big as 1,688. Itâs mean that when the leadership of headmaster is increasible 1% so the teacher occupation will be increase as big as 0,264 unit. Second the school climate positive and significant effect toward teacher occupation SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang, that show by the coefficient value as big as 0,157. This coefficient value is significant because the value thitung as big as 4,074 > ttabel as big as 1,688. Itâs mean that when the school climate is increase as big as 1% so the teacher occupation will be increase as big as 0,157 unit. Third the motivation teacher work of teacher occupation positive and significant effect toward teacher occupation SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang, that is show by the coefficient value as big as 0,110. This coefficient value is significant because the value of thitung as big as 2,012 > ttabel as big as 1,688. Itâs mean that when the motivation of teacher occupation increase as big as 1% so the teacher occupation will be increase as big as 0,110 unit. Fourth the leadership of headmaster, school climate and motivation teacher work of teacher occupation as together positive and significant effect toward teacher occupation of SMA Pertiwi 2 Padang. Where providable the value of fhitung 54,316 > ftabel 2,48 and the significant value 0,000 < = 0,05. This matter mean that H0 is push away and Ha is acceptance.]]>
