Abstract

Economic activity is symptomatic of how the way people or communities meet their basic needs, to services and goods move, the way the question here relates to all the activities of people and communities associated with the production, distribution, exchange of services, goods consumption that does not violate the values and norms that exist in society. But in fact the community meet their needs in ways that became one of the PSK as a job to make ends meet. Government of West Sumatra establish rehab especially for the PSK PSKW Andam Dewi, the prostitute who was arrested and brought to the shelter will run until the rehabilitation period of time as determined by the institution, what post- rehabilitation work done by former prostitutes, especially coming from a former prostitute Padang. This study aimed to describe the economic activities carried out by the post-rehabilitation of former sex workers, describe the income and expenditure post-rehabilitation of fomer sex workers.This study uses the theory of action developed by Talcott Parson, using a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Informants in this study were drawn based on the number of informants Snowball Sampling 5 people. The type of data in this study are in the form of primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques in this study in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and document study. The unit of analysis of data in this study is an individual, the post-rehabilitation of former sex workers in PSKW Andam Dewi Solok derived from Padang who were traders and sewing. The data analysis performed in this study are: One, noted that generate field notes, second, to collect and sort out, classify and create the index, and the third, to think that the data categories of data has meaning.The study found that post-rehabilitation of former sex workers need time to adapt back to society, as a former prostitute ashamed that former prostitutes locked himself at home, until finally former sex workers start their economic activities such as trading and sewing. Revenue earned from economic activity has been undertaken to meet the needs of everyday life. As a former sex workers have been able to finance the needs of food, rent, electricity, water and childrens education expenses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Medan, Teknik pengumpulan data memberikan soal tes komunikasi matematis siswa untuk mengumpulkan informasi dari hasil tes, yaitu siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Medan. Adapun alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pemberian tes yang diberikan berupa tes kemampuan matematis sebanyak 3 soal. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Kemampuan menghubungkan benda nyata ke dalam ide-ide matematika. Pada penelitian ini peserta didik dapat menuliskan informasi yang diketahui dan ditanyakan atau tujuan dari permasalahan, 2) Kemampuan menyatakan peristiwa sehari-hari dengan simbol-simbol matematika dalam menyajikan ide-ide matematik secara tertulis. Pada penelitian ini peserta didik dapat menggunakan simbol-simbol matematika saat menuliskan informasi yang diperoleh dari soal dan saat menyelesaikan permasalahan, 3) Kemampuan menjelaskan ide, situasi sehari-hari dan relasi matematik, secara tertulis maupun dengan gambar. Pada penelitian ini peserta didik dapat menggambarkan bangun yang sesuai pada permasalahan yaitu gambar bangun ruang lingkaran, 4) Kemampuan memahami dan mengevaluasi ide-ide matematik dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan sehari-hari secara tertulis. Pada peneitian ini peserta didik dapat menuliskan konsep rumus yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan, dapat menggunakan langkah-langkah penyelesaian dengan baik serta dapat melakukan perhitungan dengan benar. 5) Kemampuan mengkomunikasikan kesimpulan jawaban permasalahan sehari-hari sesuai dengan pertanyaan. Pada penelitian ini peserta didik dapat menuliskan simpulan hasil penyelesaian ulang sesuai dengan tujuan dari permasalahan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of increasing capital adequacy, high liquidity levels, and enhanced cost efficiency on the profitability of National Private Banks and Foreign Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There are three main problems faced by banks today. First, the management of credit distribution remains inadequate, which has the potential to increase the risk of bad debt. Second, the burden of regulation requires banks to set aside capital for additional bank capital reserves. Third, the entry of foreign banks into Indonesia is increasing, thereby tightening competition. These three problems will impact the condition of banking performance if improvements are not made in managing assets, credit, and costs by taking a sample of specific criteria from 20 banks using data from the period 2017 to 2023. This type of research is Quantitative. The variables used by researchers include Capital Adequacy, Liquidity, Cost Efficiency, and Profitability. The sample in this study is National Private Banks and Foreign Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study are secondary data collected using a documentation data collection method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that (1) Capital Adequacy, Liquidity, and Cost Efficiency together have a positive and significant effect on profitability, (2) Capital Adequacy has no significant effect on profitability, Liquidity has no significant effect on profitability, and Cost Efficiency does not have a significant effect on profitability
