<![CDATA[Background of this research is college studentâs of STKIP PGRI West Sumatera assumption use cuff clothes go to campus of STKIP PGRI West Sumatera, Padang. Reality in the field shows female student use cuff clothes is not appropriate with STKIP PGRI West Sumatera rules. The clothes which they use not show their image as a candidate of the teacher. What did student motives STKIP PGRI West Sumatera wear fashion cuffs to campus STKIP PGRI West Sumatera, Padang? The aim of this research is to analyze motives STKIP PGRI West Sumatera wear fashion cuffs to campus STKIP PGRI West Sumatera, Padang. This reaseacher use fenomenologyâs theory by Alfred Schutz. Design of this research is qualitative research. Then, informant in this research is female studentâs who use cuff clothes to go to STKIP PGRI West Sumatera, Padang. Moreover, reseacher chose informant use purposive sampling. The informants in this study amounted to fifteen female studentâs who use cuff clothes to go to campus. In addition, to collect the data, the reseacher use indepth interview. Technique analysis of the data is interactive analysis by Milles and Huberman. It devides 4 stages are: (1) data collecting, (2) data reduction, (3) data presenting, (4) making conclusion. The result of this research is female studentâs reason use cuff clothes to go to campus are a) seeming a bit interesting, b) studentâs are more confidence, c) following trend, d) temperature condition, e) the price is cheap.]]>
