Abstract

Abstract: The study proposed to find out the kinds of Discipline applied Parents in Parenting in Perawang, Tualang Sub-District,Siak Regency. The study used descriptive research with quantitative approach. This study used a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. This method proposed to give an overview of the state of the ongoing research on the object of the kinds of discipline is applied parents in parenting. The data collection technique of this study was the observation and questionnaires. Data obtained from the questionnaire, all the statements in the questionnaire were presented in the form of a Likert scale adapted to the statement. The place of this research is in Perawang, Tualang Sub-District,Siak Regency. This study conducted in September 2014- January 2015.The population of this study was the parents who have children aged 6-10 years, totaling 100 people, while a sample was 50 parents. Based on the summary table overview of the kind of discipline applied parents in parentingin Perawang, Tualang Sub-District, Siak Regency, the indicator mean value of Ototarian Discipline was 2.2 with sd 0.93, the mean value of Discipline Permissive was1.94 with sd 0.78, mean value of Democratic Discipline was 2.82 with sd. 0.92.Based on the survey results revealed that the kind of discipline that most applied parents in parenting in Perawang, Tualang Sub-District, Siak Regency was DemocraticDiscipline. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the parenting of barbershop at Tampan village, Pekanbaru city. Formulation of the problem in this research is how high the level of parentinand what parentings model the highest used by barber? This is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach which aims to describe the result with figures. The sampling technique using a quota sampling technique, with the theoretical basis according Sugiyono. Data collection techniques in this study is by using a questionnaire, which was 60 statement item. The data obtained from respondents who were 30 to sample the test and 33 for the study. After polling in the trial, there are one items that are not valid, and the researchers not removed the item according Chu Yan Piaw opinion, so the whole instrument reliably indicated by Cronbach alpha = 0.97. The result of the data analysis shows that the parenting of barbers of permisivve indicator is high with the value of mean 4.43 and Standard Deviation (SD) 0.69, compared with democratic parenting and authoritarian. So upbringing according to some barber deemed useful, moreover, in order to cultivate the child’s confidence.Keywords : Parenting, Barbershop

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the governance skills of beauty in Adolescent Development Social Institution Tassel District of Pekanbaru city of Riau Province. Implementation of beauty grammar skills are activities to realize the plan into action in order to achieve goals effectively and efficiently in order beauty skills. Divided into two, namely Tata beauty hair and skin beauty. Hairstyling includes work with hair that is alive and growing and consists of cleaning, cutting, perming, giving and removing color and nourishes hair. While the beauty of the skin include: facial care and make-up or make-up. Where the research was in Teenage Social Institution Development Rumbai Pekanbaru. The subjects were learners, tutors, managers and Adolescent Development in Social Institution Rumbai Pekanbaru. The study design was a naturalistic descriptive study with a qualitative approach that aims to describe systematically the facts or certain characteristics factually and accurately. Based on the description in chapter presenting research results, we can conclude that the course is Tata Beauty education and training programs that use competency based curriculum designed referring to the National Competence Indonesia (SKKNI) and adapted to the needs of the business and the beauty industry is the need for a training system which produces skilled learners, ready to work and be independent. Based on the results of research on the implementation of the governance skills of beauty in Adolescent Development Social Institution Tassel District of Pekanbaru city of Riau Province, viewed from two aspects namely hairstyling and skin care procedures, quite good. This means that the implementation of the governance skills of beauty in Social Institution Adolescent Development District of Pekanbaru city of Riau province Tassel has been running as it should.Keyword: beauty grammar skills.
