Abstract

Abstract: Responsibility is human awareness of intentional and intentional acts and intentional actions. The purpose of this study is to find out how high the responsibility of village officials in implementing non-formal education in Kelurahan Tembilahan Kota Kecamatan Tembilahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir and know how much the contribution of the responsibility of the apparatus villages in the implementation of non formal education in Kelurahan Tembilahan Kota Kecamatan Tembilahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. This study consists of 1 variable, consisting of 5 indicators. The population in this study were 144. The sample in this study used the Simple Random Sampling Technique, which is sampling from the population carried out randomly without regard to strata in the population, this way is done when members of the population are considered homogeneous (Sugiyono, 2011: 57). The instrument in this study was a questionnaire which amounted to 45 statements about responsibility consisting of 5 indicators. The sample in this study amounted to 92. Based on the average results of the mean value for the responsibilities of village officials in the implementation of non-formal education in Kelurahan Tembilahan Kota Kecamatan Tembilahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir is relatively high, with a mean of 4.33 and a standard deviation of 0.31. The interpretation obtained for each indicator of the responsibility of the village apparatus in the implementation of non-formal education in Kelurahan Tembilahan Kota Kecamatan Tembilahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir is all classified as high. So, seen the most dominant of these 5 indicators is the responsibility towards the family. Key Words: Responsibility, Village Officials, Non-Formal Education

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the principles applied by MSMEs and the implementation of the value of the 12 basic principles of UPI YPTK Padang, at the Bougenville Shop. The object of this research is UMKM Bougenville Store which is located in Lubuk Basung, Agam Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative because it provides a description of the research results in a descriptive manner, accurate images and facts from observations in the field. Which then draws conclusions from the analyzed data. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Bougenville Shop UMKM has a different principle from other UMKM, namely “Humanizing Humans” and the Bougenville Shop UMKM has implemented the value of the 12 basic principles of UPI YPTK appropriately. With the existence of the UMKM principle and the implementation of the value of the 12 basic principles of UPI YPTK, the Bougenville shop UMKM has a good personality and character so that it can be an example for other MSMEs.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui prinsip yang diterapkan UMKM serta implementasi nilai 12 prinsip dasar UPI YPTK Padang, pada Toko Bougenville. Objek penelitian ini UMKM Toko Bougenville yang beralamat di Lubuk Basung, Kab. Agam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif karena memberikan uraian pada hasil penelitian secara deskriptif, gambar dan fakta yang akurat dari hasil pengamatan di lapangan. Yang kemudian ditarik kesimpulan dari data yang di analisis tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapati bahwa UMKM Toko Bougenville memiliki prinsip yang berbeda dengan UMKM yang lain yaitu “Memanusiakan Manusia” dan UMKM Toko Bougenville sudah melakukan implementasi nilai 12 prinsip dasar UPI YPTK dengan tepat. Dengan adanya prinsip UMKM tersebut dan implementasi nilai 12 prinsip dasar UPI YPTK, maka UMKM toko Bougenville memiliki kepribadian dan karakter yang baik sehingga bisa menjadi contoh untuk UMKM yang lain.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the strategies implemented by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in facing the Covid-19 pandemic. The object of this research is the UMKM Cahaya Surga fish pond, Jl Bayur Maninjau, Tanjung Raya district, Agam district. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical, verification and exploratory approach. Based on the research results, it was found that the business strategy used was to develop appropriate marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and better productivity. Planning and developing business products at affordable prices must attract consumer interest. Determining the right product distribution channel as a means of outperforming competitors. Thus, the conclusion of this research is to maintain the continuity of small businesses (MSMEs). For the sustainability of their business, the strategy and creativity that can be applied by the owner of Cahaya Surga Fish Farm is marketing that is carried out optimally so that they can survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi yang di terapkan salah satu pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dalam menghadapi masa pandemi covid -19. Objek penelitian ini adalah UMKM Tambak Ikan Cahaya Surga Jl Bayur Maninjau Kec Tanjung Raya Kab Agam. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis, verifikatif, dan eksploratif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapati bahwa strategi bisnis yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk mencapai target penjualan maupun produktivitas yang lebih baik Perencanaan dan pengembangan produk usaha dengan harga yang terjangkau harus menarik minat konsumen. Penentuan saluran distribusi produk yang tepat sebagai sarana mengungguli pesaing. Dengan demikian kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan usaha kecil (UMKM) Untuk keberlangsungan usahanya tersebut strategi dan kreatifitas yang dapat diterapkan oleh pemilik Tambak Ikan Cahaya Surga adalah pemasaran yang dilakukan secara optimal agar dapat bertahan ditengah pandemi Covid-19 ini

Abstract

This study aims to analyze; 1) the effect of information literacy on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi; 2) the effect of strengthening character education on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi; 3) the effect of information literacy and strengthening character education on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of ex post facto research. This study examines three variables to be studied to determine how much influence the independent and dependent variables have. The population in this study were 116 teachers and the sample in this study was 90 teachers SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study found that; 1) there is a significant and positive influence between information literacy variables on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi; 2) there is a significant and positive effect between strengthening character education on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi; and 3) obtained a significant effect between the variables of information literacy and strengthening character education on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.
