<![CDATA[The articles purpose was to setting for global project management including determination of project organization, work breakdown structure, network diagram, and project scheduling, whenever in case to avoid the failure of project or minimize the failure and risk of Online Trading System project on PT Universal Broker Indonesia. The research method was literature study by reading books, internet articles, and others references related to subsequent project management and do survey by directly interviewing to those parties whom related to subsequent project. The research result indicates that PT Universal Broker Indonesia's Online Trading System project is executed according to it's schedule and it hits the requirements. By conclusion, good project's planning and controlment start from beginning until the end will assist the project's running to achieve its purpose.]]>

<![CDATA[The running evaluation system has purpose to make sure whether the control in general ledger informationsystem was sufficient enough and also can support an effective and efficient performance. The evaluations are usinginterview, questioner, and observation method. The result was it can be known the positive and negative on every controland running application. The negative thing on application will be put on risk analysis table and also with recommendationon the negative things. <![CDATA[Hospitals have always manage their supplies used during their operational activities. However, hospitals still have difficulties in raising performance of supply management to optimum standards. This occurs because hospitals still implement a manual supply recording system therefore causing supply information needed to analyse supply management to be inaccurate, time consuming, and thus bigger costs.The purpose of this study is to conduct analysis of the the current hospital inventory system and design an inventory information system. Methods used are bibliography study, analysis method and design method. Analysis method is used to formulate the hospital’s problems. Design method is used to design a new system to solve the said problems in the hospital. The aims to be achieved are reports corresponding with inventory management and medicine transaction and interface that can be used to manage the inventory and medicine transaction. Conclusion is that the new system is expected to facilitate the related party in managing inventory and medicine transaction, and also producing accurate reports.Keywords: design, inventory, pharmacy, hospital information systems]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of writing this paper is to find weaknesses in a sales information system and company income cash; and also to try to suggest a new system design so it could increase the information quality and help reducing existed problems. The method used is data collecting, analysis, and designing method by using data flow diagram, structured diagram, flow chart, and entity relationship diagram. The expected result is the better information quality and easiness in searching transactions. Therefore it could be concluded that by increasing information quality, the decision making quality could also be increased. Besides, system could ease management in searching sales and cash income information. ]]>
