Abstract

Abstract : Leaders must perform a management step that organizational goals can be achieved. One suchstep is to supervise the work discipline committed by people who are involved in an organization. thepurpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence camat supervision of the work disciplineat the office of the Civil Service South Minahasa District Langowan.This study is an explorative survey, with a quantitative approach. The population at the office of SouthMinahasa District Langowan.Results of simple correlation analysis shows that scrutiny Head positively correlated and real orsignificant to the discipline of civil servants working at the office of the District South Langowan withdetermination power / influence of 76.7%; meaning that developments in labor discipline by 76.7%determined / influenced by camat supervision.Keywords: Monitoring, Work Discipline

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Governance of area can walk because of existence of support various resource factorcapable to move organizational wheel of governance in order to attainment of target management of areaautonomy, including in it is Earnings Of Genuiness Area. Problem of which in questioning in thisresearch is how a far influence of Implementation Policy Of Reform Bureaucracy To Revenue OfGenuiness Area Sub-Province of Minahasa South-East".Method which used in this research isquantitative method. this Research Subyek is public servant of civil in On Duty Earnings Of Area Sub-Province of Minahasa South-East. Sampel Research taken by counted 39 people, consist of 23 people ofPNS and the rest counted 16 people officer honorer.data collecting by using kuesioner Result of dataanalysis After calculated by using correlation analysis of product assisted moment with analysis of tools ofprogram of Exel, hence obtained by correlation coefficient of Implementation Policy Of ReformBureaucracy ( X) to Earnings Of Genuiness Area ( Y) is real and positive and correlation coefficient andalso determinasi reside in at high category. Relate at pickings analyse data which have been elaborated byprevious shares, hence it is can be pulled by some final conclusion as follows.1. Implementation policy of bureaucracy reform represent one of the determinant revenue of areagenuiness.2. Result of statistical analysis indicate that between implementation policy of bureaucracy reform withrevenue of area genuiness have relation of kontributif and have positive linear pattern . Relation both ofvariable very signifikan at level test 1%, whereas degree of determinant energy equal to 87,8%. Abstract

Small business sector has been recognized as having a vital role in proving the nationseconomy. Because it is expected the government can give special attention to small businesses. Thisneeds to be done by the government because most businesses in Indonesia belloging to smallbusinesses. The phenomenon of the low quality of human resources for small businesses almostuniformly in all regions of Indonesia. This applies also for those belonging to small businesses in thedistrict. Because it attemps to foster the entrepereneurial spirit for small businesses is something thatshould be done to increase growth have to a little better so as to change the status of its business at thesame effect on the increase in their income.This study aimed to analyzed the relationship between theempowerment of small businesses to increase revenues in the District of Singkil in Manado City byusing purposive sampling and analysis of how to carry out the data collection isquestioner.Intepolation methods in order to predict the value of the variable income of smallbusinesses (Y) (Sudjana, 1983). By using statistical tools for data processing assisted by computersthrought the program SPSS version 20 for Windows.Factors strengthening human resources throughtthe provision of the venture capital loans partially contribute positively and significantly to the incomeof the small businesses.Keyword: Empowering Small Businesses, Increase Revanues

Abstract

Abstract: Basically national development is an effort to improve all aspects of society , the nation and thestate , which constitute the overall development process of the organization of the state system to achievenational goals. The problems in question in this research is how the relationship of planning andcommunity participation with the successful development in the village of the District Lompad Ranoyapo.The method used in this research is quantitative method . The study subjects were community Lompadvillage . The study sample was taken as many as 38 people . Data collection is done by using aquestionnaire . Data analysis technique used is the Multiple Regression Analysis with MultipleCorrelation Analysis.Data analysis showed that the regression coefficient of variable plan (X1) and participation (X2) with thesuccessful development of (Y) is positive and real and multiple correlation coefficients and determinationat the high category.Based on these results we can conclude that planning and community participation in rural developmentsufficient to show significant results, and there is a real relationship between community participationwith the successful development of the District Ranoyapo Lompad In the village.Based on these conclusions then suggest: (1) The village government should involve all elements of societyin implementing the Rural Development Planning function. (2) The government should encourage theparticipation of village communities to be involved in the implementation process of development of allaspects of the planning and to the evaluation and maintenance of rural development.Keyword : Planning , Participation Society, success of Development

Abstract

Abstract: Retribution is a source of revenue that is relied upon by the Government Kotamobagu, such asparking fees consisting of a special levy parking lot (Regulation 2 of 2008) and levy a parking lot on theedge of the public road (Regulation 6 of 2011). In connection with the study is to examine how theimplementation of policies in the parking levy increase revenue; and the extent to which the results of theimplementation of policies that parking fees in increasing PAD Kotamobagu. This research usesqualitative descriptive method. Location of the study is the Department of Transportation, Culture,Tourism, Communications and Information Kotamobagu City. Informants research as many as 12 peopleconsisting of: head office, secretarial services, head of the section heads, staff / implementers, head UPTDParking, and postal clerk parking. Instruments in this study is the researchers themselves, while collectingdata using interview techniques and assisted technical documentation. Data analysis was performed usingqualitative analysis interactive model of Miles and Hubernann. The results showed: (1) The process ofpolicy implementation parking fees in general are quite effective viewed from four important aspects of theprocess of policy implementation as suggested by Edward III, namely: communication, resources,disposition, and a bureaucratic structure. (2) Implementation of policies levies Parking quite effectiveresults seen from the realization of revenue targets and the development of revenues over the last fiveyears (2010 s / d in 2014). Results of parking fees were a major contribution levies a special parking place,while for curbside parking space levy general is still relatively small. The research results provide theconclusion that the implementation of parking charges policy has a significant support to the increasingacceptance of PAD Kotamobagu. Based on the conclusions of the study put forward some suggestions asfollows: (1) All the important aspects for the implementation of policies retribuasi park, still needs to beimproved; (2) proceeds parking fees that have been achieved over the last few years can still be improved.Keywords: policy implementation, the levy parker, And Local revenue

ABSTRACT :The fact that the large volume of work and endured by the apparatus was tough because ofthe limited number of personnel, the state apparatus thus indeed requires a skilled, resilient, and high qualityof the duties and responsibilities. One way that can be done to create such apparatus is supervised todetermine the results of the assessment of performance, namely by doing a systematic evaluation of theresults of monitoring reports has been delayed. Performance of the apparatus can be influenced by manyfactors, including the standard-setting work, operational implementation of the work, and the implementationof the mechanism of action. ABSTRACT : According to the mandate uu. No. 32 2004 that every village in the form of community instutions (LPM,PKK, and Others )which has the taks of as sisting the government of the village and is a partner inempowering communities to empower the village community institutions PP No. 72.2005 set clearly the position ofthe duties, functions and social institutions working relationship with the village government the aim of this study todetermine the extent of implementation of the policy of empowering the village community institutions in the districof fak – fak , fak-fak regeney.Results of the date analysis addressed ; (1) social institutions in villages, villages in the district have given fak– fak optimal role in the management of village government with establisment of the village ; (2) the development ofquality human resource administrators in social institutions did not optimal ; (3) the relationship work andcommunication between civil society and the government generally good village ; (4) the allocation of budgetaryfunds for the activities of social institutions ( LPM, PKK ) both of APB villages as well as from the budget still verryminimal.Based on the results of research in policy implementation deduced village empowerment of civil society in themanagemt of the distric rural development fak – fak is good enough but not optimalKeywords : Policy implementation, empowering the village community

Abstract

Abstract : Sub-district as a public service agency has a duty to provide services to the public, sothat the Civil Service will also determine the success of the public service. This research is toanswer how the performance of the Civil Service to Improve Public Services Head officeTompaso Minahasa,This study uses a qualitative method. In this case the performanceindicators used are productivity, kaualitas service, responsiveness, renponsibilitas, andaccountability. Informants in this study were taken from the community, the old law, and anemployee at the office of Head Tompaso (7 people), Law Tua (4 people), and people (5 people) ofdata collection by interview: while the analysis of data using analysis techniques interactivemodel of Miles and Huberman. The results showed: (1) The level of productivity is quite goodviews from the successful implementation of programs and activities that have been set. (2)Quality of service is pretty good views of the coordination of the Civil Service in providingservices easy, fast, transparancy, and means. (3) The level of responsiveness is quite good, inresponse to all the needs and complaints of the public. (4) Level of Responsibility quite well,judging from the utilization of human resources potential of the Civil Service. (5) Level ofAccountability pretty good views of the accountability system is done either to local governmentsand to the public. Based on the results of these studies conclude that the Civil ServicePerformance Evaluation In Improving Public Services Head office Tompaso Minahasa prettygood views of the productivity aspect, Quality service, Responsiveness, Responsibility, andAccountability.Keywords: Performance Evaluation of Civil Servants.
