<![CDATA[Abstract: The role of women is starting to count as one of the supporting construction. This can be seen not onlyin the social sphere only, in the realm of politics that tends to be the domain of men, but this time have started to enter thefemales, however, from the early observations of researchers towards the implementation of the activities of the nationalprogramme of activities through the role the role of the community through District Development Program (PNPM-PKK)and target the housewife did not seem to conform to expectations with reality.This research was conducted in the village of Kalawat District. Kalawat Minahasa Regency North.
