Abstract: one of the factors that support the occurrence of teenagers fall in the negative Association ofparents are too busy working or busy with activities each so there is no more time to build a goodcommunication with their teenage children who desperately need their guidance. The purpose of thisresearch is to find out How the communication role of the Family in the development of Teenagers inKelurahan Sario Manado.The methods used in this research is descriptive methods, descriptive methods, namely thetroubleshooting procedures provided by describing or depicting the State of the subject or the objectof a good research, public institutions and others at the same time based on the same facts. Thepopulation in this study are all the teens that are on the Wards Sario Manado by the numberof samples taken 20% of the population, namely 32 32 teenagers and parents who are in Ward SarioManado.The results showed family Communication plays a role in the development of teenagers in urban villageSario Manado where it is supported by aspects of the personality which is assumption and behavior thatwe receive from our parents or the people we consider to our parents. Communication between parentsand children can lead to the development of the adolescents were positive.Key Words: Role, Family Communication, The Development of Adolescents

Abstract: The Internet is one of the information technology where the internet is a very fun vehicle to learnand play. The phenomenon that occurs in senior high school (SMA) Negeri 1 Manado students who onaverage always use the internet either at home or internet cafes (Warnet) in allegedly using the internet andaccessing information without being filtered whether it can be consumption for use by students such assensual images or everything something that does not need to be known as a student, so it is suspected tohave a positive or negative impact for studentsIn this study researchers used a qualitative approach with Descriptive method. Descriptive method is used todescribe the situation and events under study by describing and exposing objects at the same time based onfacts. the number of samples was 95 students and the sampling technique was a simple Sample and randomStrati fi ed technique.The results showed that the importance of Internet messages for users where the messages are current oractual, interesting presentation, and easy to understand messages from the Internet because the language isinteresting, brief and clear. The Internet can increase knowledge and then change in behavior in the sense ofincreasing insight and get more friends both within the country or abroad, further messages via the Internetcan be trusted is the science but lack of confidence in the messages from the internet on gossip-gossipcelebrities. The advantages or advantages of using the internet is to get news from around the world, thenScience and technology and the increase of friends both domestically and abroad.Keywords: Information Technology, Internet

Abstract: both the bad governance will appear on good governance; generally the implementation of theprinciples of good governance has not been implemented properly. This research is to know how theleadership style of village head of Kauditan One in governanceThis research method is a survey research. Data Collection Techniques through interview questionnaires,and field observations Data analysis techniques used are quantitative analysis with parametric / inferentialstatistical analysis. The total number of respondents / informants in this research is 66 people, consistingof village government apparatus 26 people and community members 40 peopleSimple regression analysis and simple correlation analysis show that Old Law leadership style hassignificant relation and influence toward applying the principles of good governance in the administrationof village administration 43,97% at test level a = 0,01 or level of trust / belief equal to 99 %, as indicated bythe test result with the t-test where the t-value of 7.09 turns out to be greater than the list at the significantlevel of 0.01 (1%) with the degree of free (sb) 64 which is only 2.39 :Keywords: leadership style, village head and good governance

Abstract:sub district head as the head of the unit of work in a sub district supervisory functions as the roles to improveeffectiveness and efficiency of the work of employees concerning the services that come into contact with thecommunity. The purpose of this research is to know the description of the function of supervision of the subdistrict head to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of work of employees in the sub district KawangkoanMinahasa regencyThis research uses Qualitative Descriptive method where data retrieval in field or object of research datacollected by researchers in person with the intention of directly spaciousness. The determination of samplerespondents conducted in purposive sampling where writers/researchers specify or choose deliberatelyagainst the sample of respondents that add up to 17 peopleThe supervisory function of the sub district head in the improvement of work productivity in the Governmentapparatus sub district Kawangkoan views efficiency and effectiveness is already well underway. This isapparent in the management control through the Organization, in the implementation of policies, proceduresand job duties. Several other factors that have not been fullest including mental attitude is still lacking but ifany deficiencies there may be clear in the implementation of the duties and responsibilities of the employeeswill be the maximum so that it will have an effect on the success of the tasks performed, both in the areas ofgovernance, development, community, and other administrative tasks.Keywords: supervision, efficiency, effectiveness
