Abstract

Abstrak : Perbankan mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam perekonomian seiring dengan fungsinya untuk menyalurkan dana dari pihak yang mempunyai kelebihan dana kepada pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan dana. Apabila sistem keuangan tidak bekerja dengan baik, maka perekonomian menjadi tidak efisien dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang diharapkan tidak akan tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel paling dominan dan pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan, kemudahan fasilitas, produk, biaya, brand image, bunga dan kelengkapan, terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih produk jasa perbankan di PT. Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk, cabang Makassar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah asosiatif dengan melakukan survai terhadap seratus delapan puluh satu nasabah yang terdiri dari nasabah yang memilih menutup dan membuka rekening di PT. Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk, cabang Makassar. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti kualitas pelayanan, kemudahan fasilitas, produk, biaya, bunga dan kelengkapan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih produk jasa perbankan di PT. Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk, cabang Makassar. Adapun faktor yang paling dominan adalah kualitas pelayanan.Kata kunci : Kualitas pelayanan, Produk jasa perbankan, Keputusan nasabah. Abstract : Banking has an important role in the economy along with the  function to channel funds from parties who have excess funds to the parties that need funds. If the financial system is not working properly, then the economy becomes inefficient and the expected economic growth will not be achieved. This study aims to analyze the most dominant variables and variables influence the  quality of service, ease of facilities, products, pricing, brand image, interest  and premium, against a decision in choosing products customers of banking services  at PT. Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk, a branch of Makassar. The method of this research is a field survey by interviewing one hundred and eighty-one customers that consists of customers who has chosen to close and open accounts at Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk, Branch of Makassar. The result of this study indicates that factors such as quality of services, ease of facilities, products, costs, interest and premium, has significantly influenced customers’ decisions in choosing a banking service product at PT. Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk, Makassar branch. While, the most dominant factor is the quality  of services.Keywords : Service quality, Bank service product, Customer’s decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan kebijakan dividen terhadap kinerja keuangan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data panel yang dikumpulkan dari 23 perusahaan selama periode 2021-2023. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan tahunan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan melalui situs resmi BEI, www.idx.co.id. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Komite Audit, dan Kepemilikan Manajerial, dan intellectual capital memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan. Namun, Dewan Komisaris Independen tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

Digitalization in every line of the Company's operations is a process that cannot be avoided. One of the operational and supporting processes of the Company that later changed was the presentation of financial statements (accounting processes). Change is one word that must be implemented by the Company in order to make fast, effective, and responsible decisions. So that the presentation of fast and precise financial statements becomes a must in the Company. With fast data processing, it is expected that the owner of the Company has information that is realtime, and informative. So that the entire change process provides added value to the business owned by the Company. The question that arises is what distinguishes manual processes and digital processes, what are the advantages of digital processes, and how to implement these digital processes. This research aims to reveal facts through selective data and information related to the process of digitizing data. In the process, the research method used is qualitative descriptive by selectively collecting related research results in order to produce the latest information directly related to the accounting digitization process. The results revealed that several important factors in the digitization process that need to be considered are the availability of sufficient funds, infrastructure, adequate human power capabilities, and sufficient digitalization implementation strategies. In addition, another problem is how to get around the rejection of digital processes from within the Company.
