Abstract

Budgeting most colleges are not based on good governance and conceptual, but based on short-term needs in each college. Other problems are related to the use of information technology in both hardware, software and brain ware (user) in the management of information technology is still not well-thought in its development. This research aims to design a wake-up governance by using the Information Technology IT Balanced Scorecard framework is a system of management, measurement and control quickly, accurately and comprehensively can provide insight to the Leadership of the portrait and the development of information technology in institution. Information system development using SDLC (system development life cycle). College performance measurement method using IT balanced scorecard framework. The results showed that the use of information systems governance college performance using IT Balanced Scorecard help the efficiency and effectiveness in making an evaluation report IT governance, helping the presentation of information and error reduction calculations, the transaction data maintained intact his security, was able to complete the reporting process with fast, speed up the calculation process and the conclusion of the assessment of the performance of the college.

Abstract

This community service initiative focuses on universities' integration of science, technology, and expertise with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) partners. The program, part of the Partnership for Knowledge Management (PkM) framework, is designed to directly benefit economically productive micro-businesses, primarily in the fashion creative industry subsector, within Bandung city and district. The initiative involves the implementation of digital business simulations and mentoring for local MSMEs. A central component of this effort is a digital application that provides a visual dashboard illustrating market competition based on specific product attributes. This Decision Support System (DSS) assists MSME decision-makers. The collaboration includes Binus University, Mocaca.id, an e-commerce trading platform, and multiple local MSMEs in Bandung, West Java. The initiative's primary goal is to enhance MSME partner empowerment in the competitive business landscape. The project engaged four lecturers and four student interns, contributing to both research and program application development. Beyond its direct impact on businesses, this initiative benefits students and educators while advancing university key performance indicators, particularly in student internships, curriculum enrichment, research output, and institutional recognition (IKU 2, 5, 6, and 7). This partnership underscores the vital role of universities in supporting MSME innovation and competitiveness.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. XYZ, which utilizes the game elements in the process of psychological test. This game-based test is intended to measure the persistence of applicants (management-trainee position) and to replace Pauli Test, which is administered through a paper and pencil test method. Results of the game-based persistence test are proven to have a positive correlation with the measurement of persistence in the measurement of persistence on the Pauli Test (p-value <.05, koef. Correlation (+)). This project was developed using iOS platform from Apple, which automates the process of psychological test by applying Computer Based Test (CBT) which uses iPad media.

Abstract

Data wrangling is a critical process in data preparation that can significantly improve data quality. Effective data wrangling techniques, which consists of 6 steps i.e. Discovery, Structuring, Cleaning, Enriching, Validating, Publishing, can help Corporate Human Resource Division to ensure that their data is of high quality and ready for analysis. In this case study, we explore how effective data wrangling techniques can be used to improve data quality in employee data consolidation. We found employee data downloaded from various sources, captured incomplete, unreliable, or incorrect so that it could affect data analysis. Data wrangling seeks to remove that risk by ensuring data is in a reliable state before it’s analyzed and leveraged. We analyze a dataset from multiple sources of employee data and demonstrate how data wrangling techniques can be used to clean and transform the data to improve data quality and ready for analysis. Our study provides empirical evidence of the impact of data wrangling on data quality and highlights the importance of this process in employee data consolidation and provide workforce analytics.
