Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat  hubungan daya ledak otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot lengan dengan kemampuan lompat harimauatlet senam artistik pemula SSC Kabupaten Agam.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet senam artstik pemula SSC yang berjumlah 25 orang artistik putra. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Standing Broad Jump, Push Up, dan tes kemampuan lompat harimau. Analisis data dilakukan dengan korelasi product moment. Terdapat hubungan yang  signifikan antara daya ledak otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot lengan dengan kemampuan lompat harimauatlet senam artistik pemula Simpangampek Senam Club (SSC) Kabupaten Agam

Abstract

At present, there is still a lack of teaching materials in Elementary Schools, specifically science that is suitable to the needs of students and encourages students to care about their environment. The purpose of this study is to develop a Natural Sciences module with the STSE (Science, Technology, Society, Environment) approach to strengthen cognitive learning outcomes in Elementary Schools. The method used is the research development of the modified Borg and Gall model, namely preliminary studies, development stages, and evaluation stages. The research subjects were grade IV students, Public Elementary School Kangkung 1 Mranggen. Data collection instruments used were observation sheets, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. Analysis of research with t-test and n-gain test to determine the comparison of modules, as well as improvement of learning outcomes. The results of the study that the Natural Sciences module, with the STSE approach, is valid for use. The results of trials with the t-test show the difference between the use of modules and student books, N-gain module usage scores 0.723 with a very high category. The practicality test shows a practical module so that students and teachers can accept it. The Science Module STSE approach can be used as a substitute for teaching material on the theme of the environment around Grade IV Elementary School.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of work motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Mayapada International during the Covid-19 pandemic using Work From Home as a moderating variable. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank Mayapada International's head office and a sample of 100 operational staff respondents who worked from home. The data for this study was collected using an online questionnaire. The scale used is a Likert scale with 25 statements. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and moderation regression. The results showed that: work motivation has an impact on employee performance, job satisfaction has an impact on employee performance, work from home has an impact on employee performance, work from home has effect of strengthening the relationship between work motivation and employee performance, work from home has effect of decreasing the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance, work from home has effect of decreasing the relationship between work discipline and employee performance, and work motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline, and work from all affect employee performance all at the same time. The study's limitation is that it only used a sample of 100 operational staff respondents, whereas other divisions use a work from home system. Suggestions for future researchers also use variables other than work from home as moderating variables, as well as researching companies in other fields and increasing the number of samples to ensure more accurate research results.
