Abstract

The  results of this study are the Influence of organizational commitment, organizational culture and job satisfaction on teacher performance. The research problems in this study are: (1) to examine  the influence of organizational commitment, school culture, and job satisfaction on teacher performance. (2) to test whether job satisfaction mediates organizational commitment, school culture of the teacher performance. The  samples of this study are 103 teachers of Kesatrian Senior High School under the Kesatrian Education Foundation in Semarang. The used sampling was census techniques and the used model was multiple regression analysis The results of this study are: (1) organizational commitment is not proved in influencing the job satisfaction, (2) school culture has positive and significant influence on the  job satisfaction, (3) organizational commitment was not proved in influence on teacher performance, (4) school culture has positive and significant influence on teacher performance, (5) the job satisfaction has  positive and significant influence on teacher performance, (6) job satisfaction variable is not proved having the function as intervening variable on the variable of school culture on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation and emotional intelligence moderated academic supervision of teacher performance in the Junior High School in the district of Pemalang Ulujami. The population in this study is Junior High School teacher in the district of Pemalang Ulujami as many as 125 teachers, primary data were collected using questionnaire instruments to measure variables using Likert scale. Hypothesis test used in this study is t-test at a significant level (a) 0,05.The results showed that motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, emotional intelligence a significant negative effect on the performance of teachers, academic supervision positve and significant impact on  the performance of teachers, academic supervision does not moderate the influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of teachers, academic supervision does not moderate the influence of motivation on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation on the performance moderated transformational leadership and organizational budata teacher at Junior High School in the district of Pemalang Ulujami. The population in this study is a civil servant teachers Junior High School in the district of Pemalang Ulujami many as 125 teachers, primary data were collected using a questionnaire instruments to measure variables using a Likert scale. Hypothesis test used in this study is t-test at a significant level (a) 0.05. The results showed that motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, transformational leadership influence on the performance of the teacher, organizational culture does not affect the performance of teachers, transformational leadership moderating influence on the performance of teachers motivation, organizational culture moderates the effect of motivation on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze that school leadership moderates the effect of work motivation and organizational commitment to the performance of a high school teacher in the District City State Pati Pati. This study is the population of all teachers who work in Public High Schools in the City Pati Pati regency, amounting to 164 people used as a sample. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, and reliability testing with Cronbach alpha formula. The technique uses multiple regression analysis model of moderation Type Quasi. The results showed that; work motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, organizational commitment negatively affect the performance of teachers, school leadership does not affect the performance of teachers, school leadership weaken the influence of motivation to work on the performance of teachers, school leadership strengthen the influence of organizational commitment on teacher performance in high school country town in the district of Pati Pati.
